To refine the work responsibilities of member units such as the people's and Social Affairs Bureau, the Public Security Bureau, the Construction Bureau, the Industry and Information Commission, the Transportation Bureau, the Water Conservancy Bureau, the Industry and Commerce Bureau, the Federation of Trade unions, and the Office of the Park, promulgate the measures for the implementation of the wage margin system for migrant workers in Ji'an County, set up a special account for the wage deposit for migrant workers, and pay the wage deposit for migrant workers strictly at 1.5% of the bid price in the project, if necessary. In the past two years, the county has accepted 311 cases of labor rights protection, including 84 labor security cases, 55 corrections, 4 administrative punishments and 3 transfers to public security. 1258 workers were involved and 6.14 million yuan in economic losses were recovered for the workers.
