Chen Xinxuan, 52, is from Fengliang village. in 2003, because his family was poor, he and his wife went to Hainan to work in a chicken farm.

"it is the deepest pain in my heart that I am unable to take care of the elderly and children in my family because of my perennial migrant work." Chen Xinxuan said that in 2012, his father's illness worsened, and he resolutely returned to his hometown to start a business.

"I must find a suitable way to develop in my hometown." When he came back, when he saw the backwardness of his hometown, Chen Xin made a secret oath.

"because I had worked on a chicken farm before and had excellent chicken-raising skills, I decided to go back to my old job." In June 2014, Chen Xinxuan spent 40,000 yuan of savings from working abroad and 30,000 yuan cobbled together with relatives and friends to buy chicken seedlings and build chicken sheds. He built a chicken farm behind the house and began large-scale breeding.

The reporter found that in addition to raising native chickens, Chen Xinxuan and his wife also raised black-bone chickens of high value. Compared with the days of working abroad, Chen Xinxuan frankly said that returning to his hometown is more down-to-earth and has a sense of belonging.

"raising chickens is a technical job, and I insist on three points: first, we should do a good job in epidemic prevention, give vaccinations to chickens on time, observe the growth of chickens at any time, and immediately treat the disease when we find signs of epidemic disease. Second, there should be a fixed place for feeding chickens, because the site is relatively wide, so every time there is a fixed place and time for feeding, at that time, the chickens will grow well. Third, the chicken farm should be ventilated and clean, heat preservation should be done well in winter, and the feces in the chicken coop should be removed in time, so as to create a comfortable growing environment for chickens. " When it comes to raising chickens, Chen Xinxuan speaks eloquently.

"I adopt the ecological free-range mode of raising chickens under the forest. The forest is a natural 'gym', and full exercise makes the meat strong." Chen Xinxuan said that chickens usually catch worms and eat in the mountain forests, feed them miscellaneous grains such as corn and bran shells, and drink natural mountain spring water, which is not only rich in a variety of trace elements, but also improves quality and taste.

After a year of hard work, Chen Xinxuan's chicken farm produced more than 4000 finished chickens, with an income of 180000 yuan. The villagers all called him the "King of Chicken."

One branch alone is not spring, ten thousand flowers bloom all over the garden. "my greatest wish is to lead more villagers to raise chickens to earn money, so that the villagers don't have to go out to work." Chen Xinxuan did not forget all the villagers when he became rich, unreservedly explained the chicken raising theory and techniques to the students, provided free services, and conducted chicken raising skills training on various occasions.

In 2015, with the support of the "two committees" of the village and cadres stationed in the village, Chen Xinxuan set up a professional cooperative for Botao breeding in Enyang District, Bazhong City. under his leadership, the village has developed more than 1000 large-scale farmers.
