On April 18, the author saw Bi Qinghe, a poor household in the past, and his workers were busy loading and unloading bacterial sticks in the edible mushroom industry base of Qinggang County. They talked and laughed, and happy smiles permeated their faces.

Bi Qinghe, 50 years old, is from Situn, Xinmin Village, Qinggang Town. Originally, a family of four lived a prosperous life on 25 mu of arable land and the income of migrant workers in Biqinghe. But something unexpected happened. In 2012, Bi Qinghe's wife suffered from a serious illness and spent all the family's savings and borrowed foreign debt just for heart stent surgery. His wife's illness requires long-term medication and needs to be taken care of. Bi Qinghe cannot go out to work to earn money, and there are two children in the family who are spending money. The pressure of life has always made Bi Qinghe, who has always been strong and optimistic, out of breath, and the family is in trouble.

In 2015, the poverty alleviation project Edible Mushroom Industry Base assisted by the Provincial Audit Office was established in Xinmin Village. The base adopts the diversified management model of "leading enterprise + cooperative + peasant household + academy of agricultural sciences + association". It takes "who invests, who benefits" as the basic principle, and adopts the management mechanism of "unified infrastructure, unified intensive processing, unified technical guidance, unified product sales, and itemized distribution of benefits". Focus on the construction of county edible mushroom industry culture, to promote the rapid and good development of the industry. In the form of farmers' participation, farmers participate in the production, operation and management of the base by means of "sharing dividends with land, income from land transfer, decentralized contracting management, and employment of base workers," relying on the strong carrying capacity of the project. to ensure that the base increases production, farmers' income, enterprise efficiency, and win-win situation. This makes Bi Qinghe, who cannot go out to work, see the hope of life.

In May 2015, Biqinghe transferred 25 mu of land to the cooperative. he not only received 450 yuan in land transfer fees per mu, but also enjoyed shares in dividends, and usually worked odd jobs in cooperatives to increase income. Bi Qinghe cherished the opportunity to earn money by working in a cooperative and did his best to do every job. Bi Qinghe is responsible for his work and takes good care of his sick wife. Under his careful care, his wife soon got better, and the couple went to the base to take part-time jobs. The couple worked part-time jobs for five months in 2015, earning 25000 yuan from odd jobs alone.

With the rush of life, Bi Qinghe is more energetic. In July 2016, the base implemented the preferential contracting policy enjoyed by poor households. In addition to providing free technical guidance, the base also trusted poor households with bacterial packages to achieve unified sales of products, so that poor families did not have to worry. Knowing that the opportunity to get rich had come, Bi Qinghe contracted four greenhouses at a low price of 1250 yuan each. At the end of the year, the net income of the Bi Qinghe family reached 100000 yuan in 2016, which not only paid off their foreign debts and got rid of poverty, but also embarked on the road to becoming rich.

Bi Qinghe said: now the poverty alleviation policy is good, and as long as we are willing to do it, with the care of the party and the government, we can shake off poverty and become rich. Talking about the future, Bi Qinghe plans to contract a few more greenhouses to expand the scale, so that the whole family can realize the dream of being well-off as soon as possible!
