"despite the fact that the rice fields are overgrown with weeds, there are golden pimples hidden in the weeds." At the ecological lobster base located on the edge of the Sanlihe Reservoir in Chenzhuang Village, Zhuxiang Town, lobster brother Liang Hongjun talked proudly about his secrets of raising shrimps. From the retired youth to the present master of shrimp farming, Liang Hongjun not only became rich himself, but also led the villagers to start their own businesses and enrich their pockets.

Don't admit defeat in the first try.

Liang Hongjun, 30, is from Chenzhuang Village, Zhuxiang Town. He joined the army in 2006 and retired in 2011. Liang Hongjun, who walked out of the barracks, has always cherished the dream of starting a business. At first, he ran a restaurant in Hefei, but failed because of inexperience. In April 2013, Liang Hongjun returned to the village to be elected militia battalion commander and regiment branch secretary, ready to take root in the countryside and start a business.

Liang Hongjun, who was born in the countryside, decided to choose lobster culture with low cost, high economic benefit and good market prospect as a start-up project after market research. Soon, with the support of his family and the help of town and village cadres, Liang Hongjun invested 200000 yuan to lease 200 mu of land on the edge of Sanlihe Reservoir, set up a professional Red Army lobster farming cooperative, introduced lobster seedlings, and once again released his entrepreneurial dream.

It is the first step that costs troublesome. "due to lack of experience and technology, the government rent, labor and shrimp fry lost 300000 yuan that year." Recalling the past, Liang Hongjun still has lingering fears. He said that the shrimp seedlings released did not grow up after full term, and became "iron-headed shrimp" and "dwarf shrimp." they were small and hard in shell, so they could not sell at a high price.

With the continuous accumulation of breeding experience, Liang Hongjun gradually mastered the skills. In July 2016, Liang Hongjun leased 306 mu of land on the north side of the Sanlihe Reservoir to prepare for the "lobster economy." "We are now adopting the rice-shrimp co-culture model, which includes both rice shrimp and rice shrimp, all of which are ecological farming." At the new base, Liang Hongjun said proudly, carrying a cage full of lobsters.

Using this rice-shrimp co-culture model, the yield of rice per mu can reach more than 1000 jin, the yield of lobster per mu can reach more than 200jin, and the average net income per mu can reach more than 6000 yuan. According to Liang Hongjun, the revenue of the two bases is expected to reach 600000 yuan this year.

Take the lead in helping the poor and needy

The rich first do not forget the poor villagers. In the campaign of promoting poverty alleviation in Zhuxiang Town, Liang Hongjun absorbed 12 poor families to take odd jobs at the base, and actively supported poor families who wanted to start a business. At present, he has provided shrimp fry and technical guidance to five poor families free of charge. "Last year, Brother Lobster gave me 50 jin of lobster seedlings for free, plus my own breeding, which made me earn more than 30,000 yuan." Gao Qianliang, a poor household, said excitedly.

In order to keep these "shrimp commanders", Liang Hongjun constantly studied their habits. During the land preparation, Liang Hongjun arranged the field into a ladder, and then buried a sewer pipe in each field. When the water of the field reached a fixed height, it would be automatically discharged through the sewer, combined with the characteristics of the water flowing downwards, and then use the pump to lift the high field from the lowest. Liang Hongjun said, "this can form a cycle of 'living water' to ensure that the water quality is clear and increase the oxygen content of the water. In such a good environment, 'Shrimp Commander' certainly doesn't want to go."

Today, lobster brother Liang Hongjun has set up a lobster farming cooperative. Liang Hongjun, as a youth committee member of Changfeng County, has been listed as a demonstration site for youth entrepreneurship in Changfeng County by the Communist Youth League Committee.
