"you can't wait for a good day, you can't rely on it, and you can't get it. Now that the national poverty alleviation policy is good, coupled with our industrious hands, our family can be lifted out of poverty in a year. " Recently, in Group 6 of Huamiao Village, Zhengsheng Township, Santai County, breeder Yang Bo told the reporter that his family relied on raising running pheasants and other poultry, and became rich day by day.

Yang Bo originally had a happy family. More than a decade ago, his father Yang Changrong lost his labor force because of myelodysplastic syndrome, and the family burden fell on his mother Li Qinghua alone. In order to lighten the burden on his family, Yang Bo went out to work at the age of 19 in 2002. For more than a decade, Yang Bo got married in Yunnan and ran a restaurant with his wife. In 2015, a fire burned down Yang Bo's restaurant, resulting in a foreign debt of more than 100,000 yuan. Subsequently, his wife also divorced him. Yang Bo, whose career and marriage hit rock bottom, had to take his daughter back to his hometown. In the same year, the Yang family was listed as "planning to the household, responsibility to the person" to accurately identify poor households for filing and setting up cards.

Yang Bo, who returned to his hometown, was unwilling to be poor and wanted to get rich. "I am still young, not stupid or stupid, and I have a technical secondary school culture, so there should be a way to make a good life for my family." After repeated discussions with his parents, Yang Bo decided to make use of the advantage of his own sloping land to raise running pheasants.

Through the financial poverty alleviation policy, with the support of the two committees of the village branch and the "first secretary", Yang Changrong and his family took out a loan of 50,000 yuan from the credit cooperative of Zhengsheng Township, contracted out about 5 mu of land abandoned after their house, and set up a simple pheasant enclosure capable of raising more than 1000 chickens. Considering the lack of experience in raising chickens at the initial stage, Yang Bo first bought 1000 young chickens weighing about one jin, and kept looking for and learning relevant breeding techniques on the Internet, looking for sales channels, for fear of taking the wrong step and adding frost and snow to the family.

Four months later, more than 1000 pheasants carefully raised by Yang Bo came out. 500 were sold in the first batch, and 430 were sold half a month later, making a net profit of nearly 30,000 yuan. "We raise them carefully and regularly disinfect and prevent epidemics for fear of making a mistake." After harvesting the first bucket of gold, Yang Bo was overjoyed, but he did not stop because of it, but figured out how to expand the scale and increase the number of poultry breeds in order to get rich as soon as possible. Then, with the 30,000 yuan earned, Yang Bo built a new standard brick-concrete structure chicken house, bought 1000 chicken seedlings, rented about 200 mu of woodland of some people in the society, bought 800 geese, and started breeding geese and meat geese under the forest. Then he bought another 40 breeding rabbits.

At present, the second batch of chicken seedlings are all alive, 500 chickens are about to be fenced, and another 500 are already three or four kilograms in size. The first batch of 500 geese have been bought back and carefully raised. All 40 breeding rabbits have survived and now have a net income of more than 3000 yuan. Yang Bo told reporters: "according to the breeding situation of this batch of geese, we plan to select a batch of breeding geese and a batch of meat geese. If nothing happens, it should also be a considerable income." When our breeding technology is good, the cash flow is open, and we plan to raise a batch of mutton sheep on the mountain. "

Yang Bo is full of confidence about the road ahead: "with the support of the policy, my family will certainly have a good life in two years' time."
