Go back to your hometown to start a business and turn a thousand mu of mountain into a tea garden to lead the villagers to become rich together.

On the 3rd, the alpine tea garden in Dongshan Village, Siqian Township, Guangze County, 800 meters above sea level, was a busy scene: a dozen nearby hills of different shapes were full of green tea trees, and dozens of women wearing sun hats were picking tea by hand. A set of tea pickers are working hard.

Speaking of this thousand mu alpine tea garden, I have to talk about the experience of Li Xuelin, the owner of the tea factory, who returned to his hometown six years ago to start a business.

Li Xuelin, 48, dropped out before finishing junior high school and worked as a painters, security guards, and entertainment company foremen, as well as timber and jewelry businesses. In 2003, at the suggestion of their wife, the couple went to Longyan to join Zhenhua Auto parts chain, a family business run by their father-in-law, and became one of the shareholders of the Chen family business.

By chance, Li Xuelin bought several boxes of "Gankeng black tea" from his hometown and gave it to the boss of a company in Fuzhou. Unexpectedly, the boss was full of praise after tasting it, and suggested that he go back to his hometown to develop Chashan and set up a tea factory. The speaker is careless, the listener is intentional. After going back, Li Xuelin couldn't sleep over and over again and couldn't sleep at night. That's all he thought about. Finally, with the consent of his wife and parents-in-law, he returned to his hometown, where he had been away for 20 or 30 years, and began to grow tea.

It is the first step that costs troublesome. Li Xuelin found several friends from his village group (Yaotan Group in Huangfang Village) and talked to them about their plan to develop Tea Mountain. Everyone welcomed it, but the plan of renting thousands of mu of mountain failed for various reasons. Li Xuelin had to give up the idea of developing Tea Mountain in his own village group.

When Li Xuelin was running around worrying about finding a large area of high-altitude mountains, Lei Linsheng, an old village director in the nearby Dongshan village, gave him a glimmer of hope. It turns out that Dongshan Village has a mountainous area with an elevation of 700 or 800 meters, with more than a dozen hilltops, covering an area of about 1000 mu, which is an ideal site for the development of Tea Mountain. Under the introduction of Lei Linsheng, Li Xuelin quickly talked about the intention of leasing land with the leaders of Dongshan Village. At the end of 2010, Li Xuelin and Dongshan Village signed a mountain lease agreement and invested more than 2 million yuan to buy the land use right of this nearly 1000 mu mountain for 30 years.

With the mountain area, Li Xuelin immediately applied for the establishment of a project to the relevant departments of the township and county, and after examination and approval, he organized personnel and machinery and equipment to enter the site for construction. Seven large excavators worked for half a year before more than a dozen hills formed a banded tea field around the mountain from top to bottom. Then organize manual renovation, after a year of preparation, after the Spring Festival of the second year, it took another three months to renovate nearly a thousand mu of tea mountain covered with green clothes. In 2012, Li Xuelin, together with five local villagers, established the "Jindou Tea Professional Cooperative in Guangze County". At the same time, he applied to the relevant departments for registration and set up "Nanping Lindingxiang Tea Co., Ltd." and began to handle a series of business related to tea production and sales.

"this year, 50000 kilograms of green tea can be picked, and 5000 kilograms of Linding fragrant black tea can be produced. At the lowest price of 320 yuan per kilogram, the output value can reach 1.6 million yuan." Li Xuelin said that this year is the second year of Chashan mining, the output is not high, the income is not very ideal. Starting from next year, with the further improvement of the management of Chashan, the output will certainly be higher and the profit will be greater. Li Xuelin plans to spend another 1 million yuan on purchasing a full set of deep processing equipment after the spring tea is picked this year, so as to make full preparations for the production of higher quality "Lindingxiang black tea" next year. At the same time, on the basis of doing a good job of tea brand, actively strive for the supporting financial support of the "Tea Mountain Road hardening" project (width 2.7m, thickness 13cm) supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, and invest another 1 million yuan to build 10 kilometers of standardized Chashan road, and invest a certain amount of money in the construction of Chashan water conservancy and irrigation facilities and the optimization of factory buildings. As the tea industry grows bigger and bigger, more and more employees are needed in the tea garden. It is understood that this year's tea garden has employed 20 people all the year round, and 80 people (including 20 skilled workers) have been employed in the tea production season, providing more than 100 local employees.

"A man who is rich is not rich. In the production and management of this thousand mu tea garden, I want to drive the co-operative members and more surrounding people to get rich together. This is my original intention of running this tea garden well. " Li Xuelin is full of confidence about the future development of the tea garden.
