In May, the countryside is shaded by vegetation and Yingge Yan Dance. Look, in the vast fields, some people are busy shuttling around the lobster breeding base with shrimp buckets. He is Zhang Xinliu, and one by one ruddy lobsters have crawled a way out of poverty for him.

Zhang Xinliu, 41, is an ordinary villager of Dazhang Lake Village, Taodai Cui Village, Guquan Town, Xuanzhou District. Zhang Xinliu, who graduated from junior high school at the age of 18, traveled north and south with the dream of getting rich. He successively went to work in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Nanjing and other places, and was determined to learn a craft. As a result, he did not learn it, nor did he earn any money. By chance, he and his colleagues went to Xuyi, Jiangsu Province. Unexpectedly, it happened to coincide with the local lobster festival, so he and his colleagues enjoyed tasting "thirteen fragrant lobster", "clear water lobster" and "red lobster". This aroused his infinite reverie.

Eating delicious food and enjoying the delicacy on the tip of the tongue is not a beautiful thing. From then on, Zhang Xinliu decided to take lobster farming. Freshwater crayfish is an economic freshwater shrimp species, which has six characteristics: large and fat; fast growth, high yield; rich nutrition, delicate meat; strong adaptability, can survive in bad weather and environment; miscellaneous food habits, can eat animal feed, can also eat artificial compound feed and humus; high economic benefits; Zhang Xinliu strengthened his determination to go back to his hometown to develop crayfish culture.

"Chinese crayfish look at Hubei, Hubei crayfish look at Qianjiang." In line with the words of the industry, in March 2015, Zhang Xinliushi paid homage to his teacher and studied with an open mind. He wrote down detailed notes, and now he still maintains such a breeding record.

When Zhang Xinliu returned from his study, Zhang Xinliu contracted out more than 20 mu of fields abandoned in the low-lying areas of the villagers' group, dug them into shrimp ponds, and according to the knowledge he learned, boldly invested more than 200,000 yuan to start his crayfish culture. After his careful cultivation of crayfish, the crayfish not only had a large size and ruddy color, but also survived for a long time after coming out of the water, and was praised by the purchasers. He made a profit of 80,000 yuan that year. This increased his confidence, so he expanded the scale of farming, while delving into aquaculture techniques. In practice, he also explored how to maintain the depth of the water surface, the habits of lobsters and the types of food according to different seasons. He also started with feed, delved into pure grain feed, studied scientific proportions, and used his own "unique secret recipe" in the breeding base to make lobsters have the characteristics of pollution-free, natural green and so on. At present, businessmen from Nanjing, Wuxi and other places have come to buy.

In May, everything is full of hope. Zhang Xinliu, who is on the road to getting rid of poverty, is studying Internet sales and set up a breeding model of "network + base + farmers" in order to drive more villagers to grow shrimp and become rich.
