Rao Mary, 35, began to explore business as early as 2001-2003, inspecting the tea market in 2005 and exploring the way to tea in 2006.

It turned out that in mid-2006, Rao Mary was so energetic that she spent all her savings in previous years and planted 600 mu of tea under the plate of Gaolong Tea Farm in Min Valley Street, looking forward to a good day.

"there are unexpected events in the sky. From 2007 to 2010, there was severe drought, freezing and other weather, and the tea garden base was damaged." According to Rao Marie, "there are many things to grind." after several years of hard work, her tea base has gradually taken shape, and the tea farm has gradually gained benefits, but there is not much profit in selling tea green. As a result, Rao Mary purchased professional tea processing and production equipment, and did the raw processing of tea. A production line integrating tea production, processing and sales opened up Rao Mary's road to prosperity and drew a successful full stop for her arduous entrepreneurship.

At present, Rao Mary has established a company, the tea product has registered the trademark of "Notre Dame", the production has obtained QS certification, and successfully developed a series of fine products such as Notre Dame Silver Needle, Notre Dame Silver Bud, Shengfeng Oolong Tea, etc., with an annual sales income of nearly 5 million yuan.

The tea planting base has grown from 600mu at the beginning to more than 2100 mu today. Tea is exported to Fujian, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces, and Rao Mary's tea business is booming.

Rao Mary said that most of the workers employed by the tea farm are farmers in the surrounding villages.
