Under the blue sky and white clouds, among the green mountains and green waters, blue iron houses and white planting greenhouses are neatly arranged in the mountain depression, which makes the small mountain village in the mountain highlight a bit of modern flavor... Standing at the village road from Gantun to Luofutun, Daleng Township, Youjiang District, Baise City, Guangxi Province, a silver plaque with the words "Luofu Linyuan Planting Farmers Professional Cooperative" comes into view.

This is an agricultural cooperative initiated by two "post-80s"-Huang Jiaxue, young "post-80s"; Huang Zhi, also young "post-80s".

Once, Huang Zhi, who has been wandering abroad for a long time, talked with Huang Jiaxue, deputy director of Luofu Village Committee, about the idea of returning home to start a business when he returned home.

"Starting a business at home can not only take care of the elderly and children, but also lead the villagers to become rich together. Why not?" One understands policy and has land; the other has a market and understands technology. They decide to set up an agricultural cooperative to develop the cultivation and production of edible fungi (shiitake mushrooms).

Why choose to grow mushrooms? "I've done mushroom wholesale business outside, and I know that mushrooms sell well and the prospects are good. At the same time, the mushroom production period of edible fungi is generally from the middle and late November to the middle of April of the following year, which is easy to manage. Farmers who cultivate can also pick at the same time as doing other agricultural work at the wrong time." Huang Zhi said.

In July 2016, Linyuan Planting Farmers Professional Cooperative was established. With the support of Baise Electric Power Company and Science and Technology Bureau of Youjiang District, the road leading to the cooperative has been hardened, production equipment has been purchased and production bases have been built.

However, the beginning was not smooth. "How can something that doesn't grow on the ground earn money?" The geography and climate environment of Luofu Village are very suitable for the growth of edible fungi, but when the two young people mobilize the masses in the village, especially poor households, to join the cooperative and jointly develop the cultivation of edible fungi, the villagers do not agree.

"Facts are the most convincing." Huang Zhi and Huang Jiaxue decided to speak with facts to eliminate the doubts of the masses after many times of fruitless mass work.

At the end of September 2016,6 edible mushroom cultivation greenhouses were built on the cooperative planting base, and dense mushrooms "broke out of bags". A calculation, nearly 90,000 mushroom sticks, each stick of mushroom can produce a profit of 3 yuan, net profit can reach 300,000 yuan! Seeing the cultivation greenhouses and mushrooms growing on the base, the masses no longer wait and see, one after another actively asked to join.

At present, 42 farmers have joined the cooperative, with 165 members, including 121 from 30 poor households. The cooperative adopts the operation mode of "company + cooperative + poor households (farmers)+ base", eliminating the worries of the masses. At the same time, cooperatives can enjoy dividends without participating in management, and farmers can also directly participate in production management to increase labor income.

How to solve technical problems? "In addition to training in cultivation and nursing techniques, we often invite agricultural experts to give on-site guidance to improve farmers 'cultivation management level." Huang Family Theory.

Now, those mushroom sticks have become "cash cows" in the eyes of villagers. Since November last year, the cooperative has picked and sold more than 80,000 catties of shiitake mushrooms, earning more than 200,000 yuan. The average net income of farmers in the cooperative is more than 5000 yuan, realizing income increase and poverty alleviation.

"This year, we plan to develop 150,000 mushroom sticks to guide more poor households to join cooperatives, so that villagers can enrich their wealth and get rid of poverty as soon as possible." Speaking of the next step, Huang Zhi and Huang Jiaxue are confident.
