Lin Dan Cheng Zahua is the director of Danhua Farmers' Professional Co-operative. He abandons but refuses to cling to it, driving local villagers to plant 270mu of Chinese herbal medicines, such as Angelica sinensis, Codonopsis pilosula, rhubarb, astragalus, chrysanthemum and safflower, and plans to gradually expand it to 1000 mu.

Lin Dan Cheng Zahua said that Songduo Tibetan Township is located in the southeast of Huzhu County and belongs to a semi-shallow half-brain, semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral minority area. Songduo Township is a provincial poverty-stricken township with complex topography, great climate differences and frequent natural disasters. In recent years, Songduo Township has made full use of abandoned idle land and surplus labor resources in rural shallow brain Mountain to develop characteristic planting through the operational advantages of farmers' professional cooperatives. The cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine has become a new way for local farmers to increase their income and become rich.

"I began to try to grow some medicinal herbs in 2007. Through a few years of study and attempt, I summed up the planting experience, and my income was a lot more than before, so I mobilized several families in the village to set up cooperatives. At the beginning of the establishment of the cooperative, there were only five families. In the first year, Angelica sinensis has achieved good results. So he hopes to make use of special planting to lift the whole village out of poverty and become rich. " Lin Dan Cheng Zahua said.

Villagers may voluntarily choose to join or withdraw, and order planting shall be implemented, which shall be sold by contracts between cooperatives and peasant households. In order to ensure that the products are marketed, the cooperative society will recycle all the products after the crops are mature, which can not only reduce the planting risk, but also ensure that the growers can increase their income.

"I also have a Tibetan incense factory, and angelica leaves and roots also make Tibetan incense." This is Lin Dan Cheng Zahua's idea from the very beginning, and now it has been realized, reducing a lot of costs. Lin Dan Cheng Zahua said that the Tibetan incense factory is matched with the cooperative, and the Tibetan incense factory uses the branches, leaves, flowers, roots, and selected leftovers of traditional Chinese medicine eliminated by the cooperative to make a series of pure natural Tibetan incense products with Qinghai-Tibet characteristics and sell them to all parts of the country, forming an upstream and downstream industrial chain. at present, some Tibetan incense products have been exported to Thailand, Australia and other countries.

"in the past, I used to grow cash crops such as highland barley and rapeseed, but because of the poor climate and poor harvest, coupled with the fact that I went out to work, my income was only more than 10,000 yuan a year. At the beginning, I grew Chinese medicinal materials on a trial basis from half a mu to 15 mu this year, and my income has increased several times. my family all work in a cooperative, so we don't have to go out to work, and we can earn 50,000 or 60,000 yuan every year. " Lin Beuren, a local villager, said unhappily.
