Chai Peiping, who began to dig lotus roots in the paddy field, calculated the economic account for us. "this is not over yet. Last year, I put in more than 10,000 yuan worth of lobster seedlings. If the market is stable, we can have an output of 100 jin per mu, and lobster has an income of 2000 yuan per mu." When it comes to catching lobster, Chai Peiping is happy. He dug up the lotus root and said that in fact, the benefit mainly comes from lobster. Although this piece of beach land, the land transfer cost is not high, but also reached 600 yuan per mu, and then deducted seedling, labor, management costs, almost offset the output value of lotus root, so the lobster becomes a net profit. "A few cages were placed in the lotus root field the day before yesterday, and four jin of lobster was caught the next morning, and more than 80 yuan was sold on the market in the morning." Now lobsters are just starting to hunt for food, and during the fishing season, they can catch a cart a day, he said.
