Yuan Hongbo won the prize!

Maojian Tea, made by Yuan Hongbo, won the special prize of the third selenium-rich Tea Competition in Ankang City. the news came that Yuan Hongbo was more confident in the development of his tea factory, and the Sanping Village Poverty Alleviation Task Force had more confidence in the development of the tea industry in Sanping Village. That night, Yuan Hongbo and the Poverty Alleviation Task Force celebrated the prospect of developing tea in Shangsanping Village of the Communist Party of China.

Yuan Hongbo's tea factory is built on the hillside of Mijiapo in Sanping Village, covering an area of 600 square meters. Yuan Hongbo is the owner of the tea factory. In 2014, Yuan Hongbo returned to his hometown to start a business and, with the help of the accurate poverty alleviation task force, established Ziyang Hongbo selenium-rich Tea Co., Ltd., which is the only enterprise in Sanping Village and the first tea processing enterprise in Gaotan Town.

Less than two years since its establishment, Hongbo selenium-rich Tea Co., Ltd. has achieved such good results. Yuan Hongbo said with emotion: "the main reason why I was able to run the tea factory well is that the poverty alleviation task force has given me the greatest help. Without them, I have no confidence in running a tea factory."

When it comes to the hardships of starting a business, 42-year-old Yuan Hongbo can't help but sigh. He graduated from junior high school at the age of 17. Due to family difficulties, he could not afford to continue to go to school and was forced to go out to work. To Shenmu and Fugu in northern Shaanxi, he made a living by digging coal, earning 38 yuan a day, which was already a high salary in that year. I saved some money over the years and became a family during that time.

In 2000, Yuan Hongbo went to Xiamen, Fujian Province, where he partnered with his sister to do catering services and opened a hotel. According to the sister's idea, he could not go home and stay in Fujian to earn some money, but Yuan Hongbo has his own plan to go home, develop at home, make full use of the natural resources of his hometown, develop the industry, and make a contribution to changing the ideas of the villagers.

In 2005, he returned home to learn the technology to grow fungus and Lentinus edodes. Over the past two years, he has earned nearly 300,000 yuan. With money, there will be greater confidence in development.

In 2007, he partnered with two people in northern Shaanxi to open a stone yard. As a result, due to inconvenient transportation, lack of water and unstable electricity, the stone factory was soon unable to run, and he lost all the more than 600,000 he had accumulated over the years. I had to go back to Fujian to do catering again. From then on, he died and "no longer went home to do business."

In 2013, he built a house next to his old house and lived and worked in peace and contentment. But in addition to coming home for the Spring Festival, he has been doing business for girls in Fujian. "at that time, I gave up on Sanping Village and felt that the development of Sanping Village was hopeless. The world outside is changing with each passing day, but Sanping Village is almost unchanged.

In 2014, when precise poverty alleviation began, Yuan Hongbo was just a cold-eyed bystander. He felt that poverty alleviation was a process of sending some rice noodle oil and money to improve the simple living environment. Unexpectedly, this time was different from previous years. The county transportation bureau assisted and specially sent first Secretary Wang Yongguo to the village for research and guidance. Li Tao, a young cadre, stayed in the village all the year round. They ate and lived with the villagers, worked together with the town cadres and village branches, led the villagers, built roads, changed electricity, diverted water, improved the villagers' living environment, and helped the villagers develop their industries in various ways.

In particular, Mijiapo, located in Sanping Village, has been famous for its good tea since ancient times. After the reform and opening up, people are busy opening up wasteland and planting land, solving the basic problem of eating grain, digging up a large number of old tea trees, leaving almost no one to manage, desolated into weeds and burned as firewood.

After entering the village, the poverty alleviation team led the villagers to study in villages and towns where tea was well developed, and quickly developed tea gardens of nearly 1200 mu.

Feng Maoxun, an expert from Tea Bureau, instructed villagers to plant tea on the spot.

With a tea garden, tea cannot be sold and cannot be processed, which is also a problem. The poverty alleviation team personally went to the relevant departments to apply for the quota of tea processing plants, and took the initiative to invite Yuan Hongbo home to lead the villagers to become rich together.

In the face of the great changes in his hometown, Yuan Hongbo's idea of going home and starting a business has been activated again over the years. He did not hesitate to agree, determined to build a tea processing factory, and took the lead in developing the tea garden himself.

In 2015, the village committee took the initiative to coordinate the construction of the factory with an area of 600 square meters, helping Yuan Hongbo build the factory. It was officially put into use in April 2016.

Remove impurities from fresh leaves

In addition to collecting tea, it is also responsible for processing dry tea. The common idea of the Poverty Alleviation Task Force and Yuan Hongbo is to set up a tea factory to serve the villagers.

Other villages and towns in Ziyang receive a price for tea a day, and Yuan Hongbo sells fresh leaves to tea farmers in this village at a price for a period of time, which can ensure that the villagers have a stable income for a period of time. Processing dry tea is also cheaper than the market price, 20 yuan in the market, he is 15 yuan. Some people ask, if the investment is so large, the harvesting of leaves is expensive, and the processing of dry tea is cheap, is it not going to lose money? Yuan Hongbo said: "now the tea garden in the village has just started, the area that can produce tea is small, the output is low, and their income is also small. I have nothing to lose now. When the tea garden is developed, we can get rich together."

Heat dissipation process of tea processing

In 2016, Wei Zenghuai, a villager in their 60s, had a tea garden at home, and most of the tea was abandoned in the fields because it could not be processed. Now it's convenient. When it's time to pick tea, the old couple go out early and come back late. After picking tea, they immediately send it to Yuan Hongbo Tea Factory to sell it. They can earn more than 100 yuan every day, and more than 2000 yuan in a month. He said excitedly, "We are all over 60 years old, and no one wants to work outside, and our bodies can't bear it. Now we can get some cash every day when we get the tea ready at home. Although it's not much, the basic living expenses are still enough. I have planted tea on all the land now, and in a few years the tea will be gone, and that is the retirement money for our couple, which is better than raising a son." In the spring of 2017, Wei Zenghuai earned more from picking tea, double that of last year.
