Over the past five years, the bureau has granted 5.349 million yuan of interest-free loans to 415 employees, and 99 employees in difficulty have been lifted out of poverty through the development of under-forest economy.

This year, this bureau strives to build a diversified industrial pattern and strive to find a new way to become rich by "breaking cocoons into butterflies".

Eight units have participated in the cooperative management system, involving nearly 100 workers.
