Xinhua News Agency, Beijing, 2 Jun (reporters Zhang Bin, Xu Yang, Gao Jie, and Wang Zuokui)-- in this battle to get rid of poverty, there is a special group of "golden Phoenix" flying out of the countryside. After years of hard work, they have achieved great success in their career. However, in order to change the face of poverty in their hometown, they chose to return to their hometown again and lead the villagers to open up a new way to get rich.

Lanxi County, Heilongjiang Province: let cadres go back to their hometown and village to help

How to get people who come out of the countryside to come back to their villages to help? How to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of poverty alleviation cadres? Lanxi County, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, implemented the "Red genetic Project" to allow county and township cadres to return to their villages to help poor families get rich. At present, 2253 cadres at or above the department level in the county have returned to their villages to help.

When the reporter came to Changchun Village in Changgang Township for an interview, Huang Jingsheng, first secretary of the village, was leading cadres and masses to plant trees and level the courtyard for the village committee. Huang Jingsheng was born in 1965 in Yongfatun, Changchun Village, Changgang Township, and is now the director of the Civil Affairs Bureau of Lanxi County and a "senior official" from the village. After the implementation of the Red genetic Project, he served as the first secretary of Changchun Village.

Huang Jingsheng's partner, Wang Jixian, is a 65-year-old party member who is blind in one eye and weak in the other, which is typical of poverty caused by illness. The reporter has heard many times that he runs a winery to get rid of poverty. "Lao Wang has the experience of making wine by local methods. Last year, we helped him set up a small distillery worth 20,000 yuan, with an annual production capacity of more than 5000 jin. Last year, his net income was 13000 yuan, which has lifted him out of poverty." Huang Jingsheng said.

The policy is temporary, and if we want to keep the people out of poverty, we still need to have an industry. At present, there are 32 poor households in Changchun Village, and 27 households are poor due to illness. It is a case that Wang Jixian can lift himself out of poverty through craftsmanship.

In order to keep these poor people from falling behind, Huang Jingsheng began to adjust the agricultural planting structure. He called on the common people to grow soybeans. This year, the village is going to grow 350 mu of soybeans. He calculated to the reporter that soybean oil is 10 yuan per jin, soybean cake is 2 yuan per jin, 100 jin soybeans produce 14 jin soybean oil, 80 jin soybean cakes, and growing soybeans can increase income by 300 yuan per mu. In order to further increase the income of ordinary people, Changchun Village will open an oil factory this year. This oil factory is a joint-stock system, the funds are raised by helping cadres, and the shares are enjoyed by poor households who set up archives and cards.

Huang Jingsheng said: as cadres who go out in their hometown, they all want to go back to their hometown and do something for the people. The expectations of the common people are high, and we can't let everyone down.

Yunnan Gastrodia elata brothers: dare to work hard to create a road to wealth

On the Biluo Snow Mountain of the Nujiang River in Yunnan Province, which is 2400 meters above sea level, there is a thousand mu of "Gastrodia elata base" shrouded in clouds, which is owned by qu Yihua and Guang Xiongwen, a post-80s Lisu boy. Since 2012, it is relying on Tianma, qu Yihua and Guangxiongwen led the elders of their hometown to gradually embark on the road to prosperity.

Qu Yihua was born in 1983 in the Anidadi Group, Maguandi Village, Gudeng Township, Lushui County, Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. After dropping out of high school, he said goodbye to his hometown and went to work in Burma. After eight years of accumulation, qu Yihua became an accomplished businessman. However, in his heart, he always misses his hometown.

In 2012, when qu Yihua heard that Gastrodia elata was in short supply, he remembered the experience of picking wild Gastrodia elata when he was farming in his hometown. "since you can live in the wild, it must be no problem to grow it." qu Yihua felt that he had found a place to get rich in his hometown. Later, he mobilized his cousin Guang Xiongwen to join him. When Shi Xiongwen did IT business in Kunming, his annual income has exceeded 500000 yuan. After thinking it over, he also decided to join.

The two brothers persuaded the villagers to participate in the cultivation of Gastrodia elata, but it was very difficult-for the villagers, the fields were planted with bracts for generations. Gastrodia elata was wild and had never been planted. Even if it could be planted, could it be sold? The brothers realized that they had to set an example if they wanted the villagers to change their minds.

After many attempts, it was a success. In 2015, 43.5 tons of Gastrodia elata sold 4.35 million yuan, with a net income of 1.8 million. Following the brothers' technicians, workers and some farmers, the villagers of Arnie began to join the cultivation of Gastrodia elata, and the name of "Gastrodia elata brothers" spread like wildfire.

In order to solve the initial investment of the villagers, the brothers set up a rural cooperative to provide the villagers with free seeds, technical guidance free of charge, and the purchase of finished products at a guaranteed floor price. In 2016, the total sales of cooperatives reached 10 million yuan, of which farmers accounted for more than 4 million yuan, with a profit of about 1.5 million yuan and an average household income of about 30, 000 yuan. Prior to this, the Arnie Dadi group mainly grew corn and potatoes, with a net income of 3000 yuan per household. Qu Yihua, raised by a hundred-family meal, has now increased the income of the villagers by 10 times.

Large chicken farmers in Guizhou: driving more than 2000 poor households out of poverty

Young people in the mountains have chosen to go out to work, but Zhang Yuhui, a big chicken farmer in Ba Qiao Village, Ba Qiao Village, Bai Tien Town, Zhenfeng County, Qianxinan Prefecture, Guizhou Province, has chosen to be a "retrograde". She built the farm in a mountain nest more than 2000 meters above sea level and ate and lived halfway up the hillside. the chicken she raised was called "Golden Valley Yellow" and was a hybrid breed. The original ecological pollution-free was the "golden signboard" for her to enter the market.

During the Spring Festival in 2009, clutching the 10,000 yuan saved by working in Zhejiang for so many years, Zhang Yuhui ran three places in a row and finally decided to contract the barren mountain in front of his home and go back to his hometown to start a business to take care of his elderly parents. Zhang Yuhui's farm now has an annual output value of millions of yuan.

Because he has come from a hard time, Zhang Yuhui hopes to help the villagers who have not yet been lifted out of poverty. Starting from 2015, Zhang Yuhui will help poor families in the village as their own object of poverty alleviation, and give them chicken seedlings to feed them for six months and then give money for recycling. The town cadres of Bai Tien Town saw that this assistance model was good, so they used special poverty alleviation funds to buy chicken seedlings from Zhang Yuhui and distribute them to poor families for free. After 100 farmers successfully tried out 100 chickens in the water, it has grown to 1000 per household this year.

At present, Zhang Yuhui has absorbed a total of 1181 households, distributed chicken seedlings to 2081 precision poor households nearby, and radiated the poor people in seven nearby townships (streets) out of poverty.

Yang Zhikui, Fuchuan County, Guangxi: leading Chashan Village out of Poverty as a whole

Yang Zhikui, branch secretary of Chashan Village, Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi, likes to drink a glass of rice wine at dinner. Recently, he said he could have one more drink, because through the matchmaking of the town government, the cooperative has signed an order for 5 mu of golden melons.

After 20 years of market beating, Yang Zhikui's fruit and vegetable transportation wholesale and fertilizer sales have opened up the situation, earning more than 400,000 yuan a year. Business is so hot, why go back to the countryside for development? To this question, Yang Zhikui replied: "We Chashan Village is too poor, many people go out to work, people go to the village empty, can not see it."

Under Yang Zhikui's efforts, a fruit and vegetable cooperative was set up in Chashan Village. Among the 53 families, there are not only rich experts and economic leaders, but also 33 poor families. "Poor households must be allowed to participate! Otherwise, I wouldn't have to make so much effort to set up this co-operative. " Yang Zhikui said.

Yang Zhikui ran a lot for the sake of the cooperative. Seedlings, fertilizers, registration. However, what worries him most is whether he can get the expected profit after sowing. The signing of the Golden Melon order gave him the bottom of his mind. "as long as there is no major disaster, 5 mu of golden melon can earn about 50-60, 000 yuan, so that everyone can recover their investment." Yang Zhikui said.

According to the agreement reached, the dividends of the cooperatives will be distributed equally among the 53 participating farmers. Yang Zhikui did not complain about this. "there are some poor families in the village who have worked hard all their lives, and their families don't even have 20,000 to 30,000 yuan. It's too hard. How can you argue with them about who should take more and who should take less? " Yang Zhikui said.

Yang Zhikui calculated another account: "in addition to dividends, poor families can also get paid by working in cooperatives." If these 33 households can be successfully lifted out of poverty, then Chashan Village is expected to achieve overall poverty alleviation this year. "
