Niu Huidong, 59, is a forest and fruit technology expert in Yongji City, Shanxi Province. Purchased jujube roller sorting machine, walnut peeling machine, bubbling cleaning machine, brush cleaning machine, air dryer, hot air dryer, packaging machine and other equipment. Cooperative members have also grown from more than 50 at the beginning to more than 300 at present, with an increase in household income of 2000 to 3000 yuan and more than 50 permanent employees. When farmers are idle, cooperatives can also provide more than 30 jobs and attract farmers around them to take part-time jobs.

Niu Huidong said that he has opened 26 sales outlets across the country and applied for the "Tokesu" trademark, forming an one-stop service system of unified management, unified acquisition and unified sales. "Tokesu" red dates are exported to Beijing, Shanghai, Xi'an, Chengdu, Yuncheng and other inland cities. The two jujube stores only opened in Xi'an have an average annual net income of 600000 yuan.
