Liangshan Ganluo: the introduction of traditional Chinese medicine "Nanchangzhu" is planned to plant 2000 mu.

On October 11, the signing ceremony of the traditional Chinese medicine project of Qingshui Village, Liaoping Township, Ganluo County was held in the conference room of the people's Government of Liaoping Township. Mianzhu City, the frontline headquarters of Ganluo County, Qingshui Village Committee, and Ganluo Yongfeng traditional Chinese Medicine planting Cooperative formally signed a tripartite cooperation agreement, which marked the full start of the supporting action of the industrial project of Mianzhu City in Ganluo County.

In September this year, with the joint efforts of Mianzhu's counterpart to help Ganluo County Front headquarters and Qingshui Village of Liaoping Township, Chongqing (agricultural land, commercial and residential land, industrial land) Taiji traditional Chinese Medicine planting and Development Co., Ltd. was successfully introduced to build a planting base of traditional Chinese medicine (Atractylodes macrocephala) in Qingshui Village. The base is built by the Ganluo Yongfeng traditional Chinese Medicine planting Cooperative authorized by Taiji Group, with a planned planting area of 2000 mu, a total investment of 14 million yuan and an output value of 60 million yuan. It will be completed in three phases. In 2016, the first phase will have an acreage of 500mu, with an estimated investment of 3.5 million yuan; in 2017, the second phase will plant 700mu, with an estimated investment of 4.9 million yuan; and in 2018, the third phase will plant 800mu, with an estimated investment of 5.6 million yuan.

Atractylodes macrocephala is one of the main raw materials for the production of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid series products. The annual domestic demand is about 7000 tons. At present, the national output is less than 3000 tons. The market demand is large and the prospect is considerable. The project is popularized in the form of "company + base + peasant household". Cooperatives and Taiji Group are responsible for root procurement, technical guidance, product initial processing guidance and product harvesting in accordance with unified standards. Cooperatives and farmers are responsible for providing planting land and labor services, and cooperatives pay people land rent and remuneration for labor services.

According to reports, Qingshui Village Base has a planting area of 300mu in the first phase, with an investment of 2.1 million yuan. At present, it has completed the land transfer and entered the stage of machine ploughing and planting. After the implementation of the project, more than 80 jobs will be provided, the income of workers in Qingshui village will increase by 600000 yuan a year, the per capita income of migrant workers will increase by 7500-8000, and the per capita income of the whole village will increase by about 2000 yuan.

Zeng Xuewu, member of the standing Committee of the CPC Ganluo County Committee and deputy county magistrate, and Zeng Xuewu, the leader of the frontline command of Ganluo County in Mianzhu City, attended the signing ceremony.
