Live pigs: more than 300 sows can be reproduced, and more than 5000 fattened pigs are produced annually, with a subsidy of 25-1 million

Beef cattle: more than 500 fattening cattle are produced per year, or more than 50 cows can be reproduced in stock, with a subsidy of 25-500000

Mutton sheep: a farm that can breed more than 250ewes or produce more than 500ewes a year in rural areas, and more than 400ewes or more than 1000 mutton sheep a year in pastoral areas, with a subsidy of 25-500000

Broilers: more than 5000 chickens are raised in a single house, more than 100000 chickens are produced annually, and 350000 is subsidized.

Dairy cows: farms (communities) with annual stock of 300,499 heads, each central subsidy investment of 800000; each central subsidy investment of 1.3 million; farms with annual deposit of more than 1000 heads, each central subsidy investment of 1.7 million

Project requirements: the breeding scale of live pigs, dairy cows, beef cattle and broilers has reached 50, 000, 1000, 2000 and 10 million respectively. The annual output of livestock and poultry manure around commercial livestock and poultry manure treatment enterprises is more than 20,000 tons.

Vaccines against these major animal diseases are free of charge

The state implements a compulsory immunization policy for animal epidemics such as highly pathogenic avian influenza, foot-and-mouth disease, highly pathogenic swine blue ear disease, classical swine fever, small ruminant disease and so on. For the above-mentioned compulsory vaccination against major animal diseases, farms (households) do not have to pay for the vaccine.

Compensation for losses due to culling of these major animal diseases

The state carries out compulsory culling of animals and the same group of animals and dairy cows positive for brucellosis and tuberculosis caused by highly pathogenic avian influenza, foot-and-mouth disease, highly pathogenic porcine blue-ear disease and small ruminant disease.
