Sweet dreams of the stream: Shiding Creek

If you come to Gongliao in winter and spring, you will find bleary-eyed and unawakened terraces, which is the time for life in the intertidal zone. Pinch the action beaver rice ball with us, follow the river to the intertidal zone, look for the figure of a woman along the coast of Australia, and compose a song of spring love between people and the sea.

(assemble at 07:50 at Dongsanmen of Taipei Station and take the China bus to Gongliao)

Venue: beaver and cereal barn, Shiding Creek and nearby intertidal zone

Activity object: the public, parents and children who are above the fifth grade of elementary school, who want to indulge in nature and feast their eyes.

Activity cost: NT$900/ people.

The fee includes seasonal civet lunch, course design fee, lecturer fee, field experience and DIY materials, travel insurance, administrative cost and business income tax, etc. (part of the lecturer's fee and 20-seat CMB will be subsidized by Ken Meng AVEDA. )

Activity content

08:00-09:10 by car

Assemble at 07:50 at Dongsanmen of Taipei Station and leave for Gongliao.

Do you go out with he from 09:10 to 09:30?

Come to Gongliao Street and visit the old house selling naked rice-the beaver and the small barn. Know Gongliao water terraces and old houses.

09:30-10:30 hand-made beaver rice balls

Use the Pinglin species, which has been unique in breeding for 40 years, to make rice balls with terraced water grass, white flowers and perilla, and prepare to go out in the afternoon (bring your own bento box!) .

10:30-11:30 stream jigsaw puzzle

Talk about Creek on the table! Through the fun game layout of the imaginary stream, you can find out who live in the stream and what kind of environment they prefer.

11:30-12:30 seasonal civet bento

Enjoy four dishes and one soup, simple and delicious local food.

12:30-15:00 sweet dreams in the stream

Go to Aodi to visit the mother's river Shizhan Creek. Find traces of fish, shrimp and crabs in inconspicuous corners and piece together the charming industry and life of Australians.

15:00-16:00 Sea Girl Daily

Spring is the day of the intertidal zone. I will take you to enjoy the daily life of the sea girls on the tidal shore of Gongliao.

16:00-17:00 by car

Tidied up, had a good rest and chewed carefully all day on the way back.
