Pleurotus ostreatus is a kind of medicinal fungus, which gets its name from the wild Camellia oleifera. It is rich in nutrition and high in protein. It is one of the ten most precious mushrooms that can be developed today. At present, it is very popular in the market, and there are many people who grow it, so what should we pay attention to when planting? Let's take a look.

1. Cultivation materials

Pleurotus ostreatus itself is weak in the decomposition of lignin and cellulose, if it is wild, it can only grow on Camellia oleifera, and if it is artificially planted, its cultivation materials are very useful. The material must be relatively loose, and the composition of miscellaneous sawdust should be less, so that it is suitable for its growth. At the same time, we should pay attention to the problems of nutrition, and try to use wheat bran or rice bran on fertilizer, so that the tea tree mushroom that can be planted will grow faster.

2. Suitable temperature

In planting, to do a good job of indoor temperature, tea mushroom temperature requirements are relatively high, under normal circumstances, the indoor temperature should not be lower than 20 degrees and higher than 28 degrees. When the fine hyphae can be seen 48 hours after inoculation, the temperature should be kept between 23 and 287 degrees. If it is cultivated in summer, the temperature in the cultivation shed should not exceed 35 degrees. This will cause it to stop growing.

3. Lighting

When planting, we should also pay attention to the light, tea mushroom in cultivation, the requirements for light is also relatively high, it is a photofungi, has the characteristics of phototaxis growth. When building the greenhouse, it is recommended to face southeast, which is conducive to daylighting. Of course, during the period of mycelium cultivation, without light, it can also cause growth and will not form a fruiting body, so we must pay attention to lighting when the fruiting body is formed. But it is also necessary to pay attention to the intensity of the light, the sun is hot at noon, at this time to do a good job of cooling and shading mature, so as not to cause poor growth caused by strong light exposure.

4. Humidity

In the deployment of culture materials, moisture is also an issue of concern, the best 10% content is between 60-75%, generally grasp a handful of culture materials, squeeze hard, if the fingers wet, then what is the water content is good. If there is water flowing out when grasping, and it does not spread out after landing, it means that it is too wet and is disadvantageous to growth. Air humidity is also very important during cultivation. The relative air humidity is required to be about 70% during mycelium growth, 100% when fruiting bodies are formed, and about 85% after mushroom production.

The above is the introduction of the points for attention in the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus. I hope it can help you. If you want to know more about it, please follow us.
