On January 16, Xinpu Town Office of Xinzhu County invited people from all walks of life in the agricultural field to sign a letter of intent for the strategic alliance of "friendly farming and honest Agriculture" at the Xinpu Town Visitor Center, announcing that farmers in Xinpu Town will engage in friendly land cultivation and restore land vitality under the professional guidance of all parties, so that the products are natural and safe, the tillers are protected, and consumers feel at ease. Create a vision for the development of friendly agriculture in Xinpu.

Yang Wenke, head of Hsinchu County, also attended the event and said that after taking office, he will formally promote the adoption of local organic vegetables for small and medium-sized nutritious lunches in 120 countries under the jurisdiction of Hsinchu County starting from September 108. initially, it is planned to adopt local organic vegetables twice a week, with a weekly supply of 10 tons of local organic vegetables and a demand of 400 tons a year. It is hoped that the strategic alliance can help to build a friendly environment for sustainable agricultural development in Hsinchu County.

Qiu Shichang, director of the Department of Agriculture in Hsinchu County, said that the intermediary school will directly contract with local organic farmers or the local organic vegetable supply platform in Hsinchu County, so that school children can eat healthily and create a sustainable and friendly crop production environment.

Mayor Lin Paulo said that Japanese who had high requirements for quality came to Taiwan to look for rice last year. As a result, Xinpu rice passed 406 tests, and Sparrow screen was selected to be exported to Japan. This is also one of the reasons for holding this press conference. Mayor Lin Paul expects that after the establishment of the strategic alliance, he will quickly accumulate farming experience, expand the farming area, enhance the economy of output value, and take honest agriculture as the starting point to capture the hearts of consumers.
