4. Harvest: mature gradually after entering the final flowering stage for 15 days. Stems and leaves deciduous, lower capsule dehiscent. The top capsule is peeled and the tip of the sesame grain is reddish and can be harvested. If the harvest is too early, the yield will be reduced, and the yield can be increased by stages.
5. Pest control: ⑴ sesame stem blight control: soak seeds in 55 ℃ warm water for 15 minutes, the control effect is 90%; chemical control can use 0.1% carbendazim treatment seeds. Control of ⑵ sesame wilt: mix seeds with carbendazim, or spray diseased plants with 40% carbendazim 500x solution. ⑶ ground tiger, mole cricket control: with 90% trichlorfon 250g plus bait (spice) 50kg mixed with water, sprinkled on the root of the plant in the evening.
