"Fengzhi 88" is a new sesame variety with high yield, stable yield and disease resistance selected by Hefei Fengle seed Industry Co., Ltd. from Luozhi 12 groups for many years.
The whole growth period of this variety is about 85 days, it is an early-maturing variety, single-culm type, plant height more than 180 cm, stem hard, leaf lift, leaf axil three flowers, capsule large and medium-sized, alternate and high density, 1000-grain weight 3.2g, resistance to waterlogging, resistance to stem point blight, Fusarium wilt, leaf spot, high yield potential, white seed coat, good quality, oil content 56.6%.
