In the later stage of the disease, many sclerotia were formed, the sclerotia was round or irregular, it was white at first, and then turned brown to black. The internal color is lighter and the tissue is compact. After the seedlings were infected, the leaflets died as soon as they were born. Pathogen: the pathogen is rotten Sclerotinia sclerotiorum (ScterotiumtuliparumKleb), belonging to half-known subphylum, Trichoderma.

Disease regularity: the pathogen overwintered in the soil with seedling nuclei. Under the condition of high temperature and high humidity, the disease occurred seriously.

Prevention and treatment: when collecting in ①, remove the diseased bulbs. ② storeroom should be ventilated and the temperature should be kept below 20 ℃.
