1. Vibrio disease

The pathogen is Vibrio alginolyticus. When the fish is sick, it is slow to move, often swims out of the water, and the food intake is reduced or not eaten; the ends of the caudal, ventral and dorsal fins are congested and inflamed, and the tissue between the fins spreads gradually, and when the fin fester is severe, the festering focus of the body surface of the diseased fish is uncertain, and in serious cases, it rotates into a deep hole, the bones are exposed, and Vibrio can be isolated from blood and internal organs, resulting in a high mortality rate.

Prevention and treatment: ① uses vaccine to immunize fish. Soak in ② drugs, usually in 100ppm furazolidone solution for 30 minutes. ③ for wounds can be smeared with sulfa-6-methoxine. ④ every 100kg of fish can be mixed and fed with 10g of sulfa-6-methoxine 5murine every day for 6 days (double the dosage on the first day). ⑤ injured, can be injected with antibiotics, gentamicin 200000 iu/ kg.

two。 Microsporidia

It is parasitic in the adipose tissue and gonads of parent fish, forming cysts with a black appearance, up to 2 cm in diameter, and full of spores, which can lead to sterility and even death of parent fish.

Control method: ① does not need live fish with parasitic microsporidia as feed. Tools for ②-infected fish ponds must be soaked and disinfected with 1% formalin solution. ③ fished out the sick fish in time. ④ was fed with sulfa-6-methoxine or sulfamethoxine 0.8ml / kg feed for 4 days, then stopped for 3 days, and then fed continuously for 4 days. ⑤ per kilogram of fish was fed with 12.5 MUR 50 mg of fumigatoxin per day for 10 days.

3. Benedeniasis

Mainly Neo-Benedan worms, which are parasitic on the skin of grouper, especially in the first half of the back, and can parasitize hundreds of fish at a time. The worm can crawl on the fish, when there are many parasites, the fish are restless in the water, friction with the net or pool wall, body surface injury, bacterial inflammation, secretion of a large amount of mucus, severe anemia, weight loss, body surface ulceration, and finally death.

Control method: after soaking ① in fresh water for 5 minutes, the worm can fall off and die. The eggs must be soaked in fresh water for 40 minutes before they can be killed, so the fresh water that has been bathed cannot be poured into the water body. Add furans or antibiotics to fresh water when bathing to prevent fish from being injured and infected by bacteria during bathing. ② bathe with 0.05% formalin solution for 4 minutes or 0.025% formalin solution for 10 minutes.
