Symptom

The body temperature of diseased pigs rose to 40.5 ℃-42 ℃, depressed spirit, loss of appetite or abstinence, dyspnea, sometimes cough, pallid visual mucosa, pale or purple skin, constipation or diarrhea, miscarriage and stillbirth in pregnant pigs. Suckling pigs showed neurological symptoms and high mortality.

Pathological examination of 6 dead pigs and 2 seriously ill live pigs showed enlarged lymph nodes, hyperemia or hemorrhage, pulmonary hemorrhage, plaque-like lesions, fibrin exudation and adhesion in chest and abdominal cavity, and some liver and lung hemorrhage. there are bleeding spots in the throat.

Laboratory diagnosis

The pathogen of the disease is complex and diverse, and the diagnosis is difficult. At the initial stage of the disease, a pig is used to diagnose the pathogen, combined with the comprehensive analysis of clinical symptoms, pathological changes and disease characteristics, and finally formulate the corresponding treatment measures.

Prevention and control measures

Prevention, strengthen feeding management and improve sanitary conditions. Pig farms or pig houses are disinfected regularly with Baidujing or Baiduishi to keep the environment clean and quiet so as to reduce stress reaction. Adjusting feeding density and reasonable feeding density can effectively control the respiratory diseases of pigs and improve the growth rate and feed utilization rate of pigs. Strengthen the ventilation of the pig house, keep the air fresh, control the temperature, reduce the number of pig herds turning and mixing as far as possible, inject all kinds of vaccines according to the immune procedure, regularly add Tylosin and other drugs to the feed, and adopt the all-in-all-out feeding method.

The pigs were treated with Changxiao Chuankang injection 10-20ml/, Xuechongjing injection 10-15mg/kg times, intramuscular injection, once a day, and Vc injection 10-15mg/kg, intramuscular injection, twice a day for 3 days. Tylosin was added to the material, electrolytes, multivitamins and oral rehydration salts were added to the water to reduce stress and supplement nutrition, and the effect was better.
