Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Pinellia ternata, also known as Pinellia ternata, is treated with tubers and has the effect of detoxification, detumescence and hemostasis. according to pharmacological tests, its effect is the same as that of Pinellia ternata, but its toxicity is less than that of Pinellia ternata, mainly in Guangxi, especially in Pingnan and Guiping. It is better to plant with deep and fertile sandy loam. Cultivation method one, land selection, soil preparation. Choose paddy field planting with sufficient sunshine, soil fertilizer, convenient drainage and irrigation, and the method of paddy field preparation is the same as that of rice seedling field. Border cultivation is used in dry land cultivation, no matter in paddy field or dry land, it must be fully applied mature organic fertilizer, such as human feces and urine.

It is better to plant with deep and fertile sandy loam.

Cultivation method

First, land selection and land preparation.

Choose paddy field planting with sufficient sunshine, soil fertilizer, convenient drainage and irrigation, and the method of paddy field preparation is the same as that of rice seedling field. Border cultivation is used in dry land cultivation, no matter in paddy field or dry land, there must be sufficient mature organic fertilizer, such as human manure, stable manure, green manure and bran manure, etc.

Second, the method of reproduction-- propagation with tubers

(1) raising seedlings

In the first year of harvest, 2-3 minute-sized, pest-free tubers were selected for planting. After the appearance was slightly dry, the selected tubers were stored in a dry and ventilated place or mixed with moist fine sand. Sowing in March-April of the following year, the nursery was sown in the same field as the field, and the seed stems were sown evenly on the flat seedbed, and then poured with rotten and thin human and animal manure as seed fertilizer, and finally covered with about half an inch of soil. when the daily average temperature was above 20 ℃, the seedlings were unearthed one after another in 7-12 days, and the amount of seeds per mu was 1000-1100 jin. Seedling management: it is appropriate to keep the border surface moist without cracking after sowing, hold the seedlings to form 2 true leaves, keep the water depth 2-3 minutes, and then apply rotten acquaintance feces and urine to accelerate the seedlings every 10 days.

(2) after planting and raising seedlings for more than a month, the seedlings shall be planted when the height of the seedlings is 4-5 inches. Shovel 5-6 minutes down from the border surface with a shovel, then take it out one by one, or dig up with bamboo slices one by one, remove too much soil, be careful not to make the seedling tuber fall off, so as not to affect the survival. When the row spacing is 2 × 2 inch or 2 × 3 inch, the depth of seedling irrigation is the same as that of seedling field growth, too deep is not easy to turn green, too shallow is easy to float paddy field.

III. Field management

1. Irrigation and drainage and weeding: the depth of the field is 2-3 minutes at the time of planting. After a week or so, the depth of irrigation is one inch, and weeds are removed in time.

2. Topdressing: within 15-2 months after planting, 2-3 times of continuous fertilization were applied, mainly nitrogen fertilizer such as human feces and urine to promote the growth of seedlings. After July, it is mainly applied mature compost, phosphate fertilizer and so on.

IV. Pest control

There are mainly armyworm as harmful leaves, which can be caught artificially or controlled by trichlorfon.

Fifth, before and after the Beginning of Winter in the year of harvest and processing, it was harvested when most of the leaves were withered and yellow. The method of harvesting: dry the field water, wait for the soil to turn white, plough and loosen the soil, sift or pick it up, or irrigate the field with water before harvest, and rake back and forth to loosen the soil to make the tubers float on the water surface. The recovered fresh Pinellia ternata can be peeled by a peeling machine, or put in lime water for one day and night, or soak in clean water for about 15 days, stir it back and forth in the pool with wooden sticks, rub and peel each other, dry the water after peeling, smoke it with sulfur for a day, dry it or dry it.
