Control of Asarum's Diseases and Pests
The blight was sprayed on the bed with 70% dimethazone 500 times before spring seed emergence; after emergence, 50% carbendazim 500 times solution was used to control the disease.
Sclerotinia sclerotiorum disease mostly occurs from June to July. At the beginning of the disease, there are brown striped spots at the base of the petiole, and after expansion, the aboveground parts fall and die. At the same time, the germs spread to the roots and covered the rhizomes with black sclerotiors. so that the whole root decayed and left only the root bark. The control methods are as follows: loosen the soil in time in early spring, raise the ground temperature, pay attention to drainage, remove and destroy the diseased plants in time, spray with 0.3 degree stone-sulfur mixture, 600-800 times of Dysen ammonium, 600-fold solution of Dysen zinc, harvest in time, and cultivate by changing land.
Rust should be watered in time when the rust is dry, and 50% carbendazim 300 times solution should be sprayed after leaf spreading, once in 7-10 days, 2-3 times.
The pests that harm Asarum include small ground tiger, larva of Asarum butterfly, black caterpillar, locust, ant and so on. They bite the buds and leaves of Asarum and can be controlled by dichlorvos, trichlorfon, dimethrin and other insecticides.

Harvest and processing of Asarum
Direct seeding Asarum can be harvested after 3-4 years, transplanting Asarum, such as 2-year-old seedlings; 3-4 years after planting, 3-year-old seedlings, 2-3 years after planting, currently, in order to harvest seeds, it can be delayed for 5-6 years, more seeds can be collected to expand seed direct seeding, and wild seedlings can be harvested 3 years after transplanting. The harvest time of wild Asarum is from May to June, and the artificially cultivated Asarum has good harvest quality and high yield from August to September. After collecting and controlling Asarum, remove the soil, every 10 trees into a small handful, twist into braids with rope, and dry in a cool and ventilated place under the eaves.

Asarum harvesting and processing
Harvest: Asarum directly seeded with seeds can be harvested in 3-4 years if the density is high. Those transplanted with two-year-old seedlings will be harvested 3-4 years after planting, and those with 3-year-old seedlings will be harvested 2-3 years after cutting. Sometimes in order to collect more seeds, the harvest can be delayed to 5-6 years, but more than 7 years of plant aging is easy to get sick, coupled with dense roots, kink into a plate, inconvenient to harvest. The best harvest time is the middle of September every year. Processing: clean the sediment after harvest, 1 handful of every 2 kg of LMY, put it in a cool place to dry, avoid washing and daily washing.
