How to grow buds after volvariella volvacea inoculation
Three days after inoculation of volvariella volvacea, a lot of white buds grew on the seed block exposed above the culture material, which made the strain aging and affected the germination of hyphae, or long hyphae but no food. The reason is that the bacteria are stimulated by strong light, which makes part of the hyphae kink prematurely to form buds. Prevention and treatment methods: do not expose the bacteria during inoculation, sow 2mur3cm into the material, and keep warm under the shade of grass to prevent strong light stimulation.

What if the mycelium of volvariella volvacea grows
In the mycelium growth stage of volvariella volvacea, a large number of white fluffy aerial hyphae were formed on the material surface, or even grew into a layer of white quilt, resulting in delayed mushroom production and low yield, due to the high temperature in the haystack. Control method: after straw mushroom inoculation, the film should be ventilated regularly to reduce temperature and humidity, and the grass quilt should not be covered too thick to promote the mycelium to grow into the material.

Control of several common diseases of volvariella volvacea
The temperature of ① mushroom bud formation period is controlled at 25 ℃, and when the temperature drops below 20 ℃ in early autumn, cover the shed with grass curtain to keep warm; during the growth stage of ② strain, the light should be dim to prevent strong light stimulation and form mushroom bud prematurely; the grass should be tightly packed to facilitate the close connection of hyphae; during the growth period of ③ mycelium, rotenin and dichlorvos were sprayed around the culture material of the mushroom bed to kill pests such as Horse land and tide insects. ④ strains must be isolated or introduced year after year and preserved at a suitable temperature. ⑤ regularly sprinkles water on the border around the material block or irrigates the furrow to keep the bed moist.
