Techniques of bag cultivation of straw mushroom
The bag cultivation of volvariella volvacea is a relatively new cultivation method, which is a high yield cultivation method of volvariella volvacea. Biological efficiency can reach 30 - 40%.
1, soaked straw cut into 2 - 3 sections, conditional can be cut into about five centimeters, soaked with 5% lime water for 6 - 8 hours. The straw soaking water can be reused twice, and lime must be added each time.
2, mixing materials will be picked up straw on the cement ground with a small slope, spread out to drain excess water, or manually wrung dry, holding the straw with one or two drops of water, that is, the appropriate moisture, water content of about 70%. Then add auxiliary materials and mix evenly, so that all kinds of auxiliary materials are evenly distributed and adhered in the straw. There are several common recipes for mixing.
Formula 1: Dry rice straw 87%+ bran 10%+ peanut cake flour or soybean flour 3%+ potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.1%.
Formula 2: Dry rice straw 85%+ rice bran 10%+ corn flour 3%+ gypsum powder 2%+ potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.2%.
Formula 3: Dry rice straw 83.5%+ rice bran 10%+ peanut cake powder 3%+ gypsum powder 2%+ compound fertilizer 1.5%.
Formula 4 dry straw 56.5%+ soil fertilizer 30%+ rice bran 10%+ gypsum powder 2%+ compound fertilizer 1.5%.
3, bagged by fully mixed material, choose 24×50 cm polyethylene plastic bag, one end of the bag with thick cotton thread slipknot tied, tied at 2 cm from the bag mouth. Put the mixed culture materials into bags, and compact them while loading. The wet weight of each bag is 2 - 2.5 kg. Then tie the bag tightly with cotton thread.
4, sterilization using atmospheric pressure sterilization, after the pot is installed, the temperature in the pot reaches 100℃ as soon as possible, keep 100℃ for about six hours, and then stop the fire out of the pot and move into the inoculation room.
5. Inoculation shall be carried out in sterile or inoculation box. Sterilization of sterile rooms or inoculation boxes is the same as that of other edible fungi. During inoculation, the tying rope at one end of the material bag is untied, straw mushroom strains are inserted, and the rope is tied again. Untie the tie rope at the other end, insert the same strain, and tie the rope again. A bottle (or bag) of bacteria can inoculate about twelve bags.
6. Germ management Move the inoculated bacteria bags into the incubator and discharge them on the incubator or stack them on the ground. The height of bacteria bag stacking should be determined according to the season, the stack with high temperature should have fewer layers, and the stack with low temperature can increase the number of layers appropriately. Generally stacked 3 - 4 layers is appropriate. The temperature of the culture room is best controlled at 32 - 35℃, 4 days after inoculation, when the mycelium of the bag eats 2 - 3 cm, loosen the bag tie rope, increase the oxygen in the bag, and promote the growth of mycelium. Under suitable conditions, usually 10 - 13 days hyphae can grow full bag.
7, mushroom management full of hyphae bacteria bag moved into the cultivation room, rolled up the bag mouth, discharged on the bed frame or stacked by the wall 3 - 5 layers, covered with plastic film, increase the relative humidity of the cultivation room air to about 95%. After 2 - 3 days of management, the mushroom buds begin to form, and the film can be opened at this time. When the mushroom bud grows to the size of a small button, water can be sprayed on the mushroom bag, and the mushroom bud can be harvested when it grows to the egg stage. Generally, 2 - 3 mushrooms can be harvested.

Bag planting method of volvariella volvacea
The main results are as follows: (1) the dry and mildew-free straw is selected and soaked in a 5% lime pool for 10-12 hours. When soaking the straw, attention should be paid to compacting the straw, and the lime water in the pool can completely submerge the straw. 2 cut the straw that has been soaked and picked up, drip dry the straw with remaining moisture, and cut it into grass sections about 20cm long with a straw cutter or guillotine. Pay attention to the fact that it is too long to bag, too short, too much work, and is not conducive to mycelium kink. 3 medium formula: Rice straw 50kg, rice bran 7.5-10kg, peanut withered 1-1.5kg, phosphate fertilizer 1kg, gypsum

The cultivation technique of volvariella volvacea takes only 7 to 10 days from planting to cultivation.
First, the determination of the cultivation period of volvariella volvacea likes high temperature and humidity, and it is appropriate to plant volvariella volvacea in summer in the north. The temperature in central and southern Hebei is generally from late May to early September, and the temperature in the plastic greenhouse can be maintained at 22: 31 ℃. In this period of cultivation, the mycelium generally germinated on the second day after sowing, the mycelium ate on the third day, and the first crop of mushrooms could be harvested on the 7th to 9th day, and the cultivation period could be flexibly controlled in other areas according to local climatic conditions. 2. Selection and treatment of culture materials the culture material is the nutrient substrate for growth, and the suitable culture material is
