Out-of-season soil-covered bag planting technique of Lentinus edodes
Soil-covered bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes is a new mode of Lentinus edodes cultivation. The Lentinus edodes cultivated in this model has the advantages of good mushroom shape, high yield, easy to produce mushrooms, time-saving and labor-saving. It is also a more advanced method in the cultivation of Lentinus edodes at present, especially the off-season soil-covered bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes to produce high-quality Lentinus edodes in summer and autumn, with high market price and good economic benefits. The technology has been tested and popularized in the north of Guangdong province, and the effect is good. The techniques of off-season soil-covered bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes are introduced as follows:
I. seasonal arrangement
Select Lentinus edodes varieties with high temperature resistance, big round mushroom, thick mushroom meat, strong mushroom stalk, high yield, suitable for fresh-keeping or dried export, such as Guangxiang 1. The preparation formula is as follows: dry sawdust 74.5%, wheat bran 14%, corn meal 4%, brown sugar 1%, gypsum powder 1%, calcium carbonate 0.5%, hydrated lime 0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.02%, magnesium sulfate 0.1%, salt 0.1%, activated carbon 0.1%. The fungus tube was made by conventional technology from December of the first year to February of the following year, the soil was covered and changed color from March to April, and the mushroom was managed from May to December.
Second, the construction of mushroom farm
1. The selection requirements are: high altitude, clean environment, cool summer, and ravines surrounded by bamboo and wood; second, late rice fields with sufficient water, clean water, loose soil, easy drainage and irrigation, no termites, and large blocks of founder; third, convenient transportation and a wide range of raw materials.
1. The width of the whole border is 1.4 meters, the depth is 0.5 meters, and the height is 0.5 meters, and the whole field is required to keep the same level.
3. The shed generally sets up a row of columns every two rows on the edge of the furrow, with a height of 2.7 meters, of which 0.5 meters are buried underground and 2.2 meters high in the shed. Then use bamboo tails, bamboo slices, thin sticks, bamboo branches and other vertical and horizontal density, covered with rice straw, the periphery of the shed to plant vines (beans, melons, fruits) cash crops.
Third, cover the soil to change color
1, the covering material chooses the mud and sand soil according to the proportion of 5000 kilograms per mu to infiltrate into 3% lime powder or burning soil and mix well and set aside.
2. after the border is leveled and straightened, sprinkle a layer of lime powder, then spread a layer of coarse sand, and sprinkle a little tea cake powder on the sand (the old mushroom farm or the site with many termites should be treated with pesticide first).
3. After taking off the bag, lie closely on the surface of the border (the better side facing up), the horizontal row on both sides of the border, the vertical row in the center of the border, and the space of 5-7 cm around the border.
4. Cover the soil, first shovel the soil of the furrow to the space around the border, flatten it, and then spread the wet and prepared soil covering material on the surface of the fungus tube, with a thickness of more than 1 cm.
5. Cover a bamboo sheet 0.8 meters apart on the border surface, and longitudinally tie a bamboo piece at the highest point of the bow bamboo sheet, and cover the bamboo sheet with thin film. The top of the film is fixed with plastic tape, and the two ends of the plastic belt are tied to the outer bending part of the bamboo sheet, and the edge of the film is 15-20 cm away from the bacterial tube.
After the above treatment, there is generally no need for any management, and the bacterial tube can change color normally after more than 10 days (uniform, standard reddish brown).
IV. Management of mushroom production
The main results are as follows: 1. Temperature regulation and off-season soil-covered bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes should focus on the cooling work in summer, such as properly thickening the shade cover, it is best to plant vines outside the shade shed, that is, cooling and increasing oxygen, but also allow the spring water to flow smoothly in the border ditch, and appropriately increase the frequency of watering.
2. After the moisture regulating bacteria tube is covered with soil, the border and ditch should maintain a certain water level. When the water content of the bacterial tube is large, the water level should be lower; when the water content of the bacterial tube is small, the water level should be higher (can not be immersed in the bacterial tube). When the fungus tube is dry, the clear water in the border ditch can be poured directly on the fungus tube, generally once a day, more in summer and sunny days, less or no watering in autumn and winter and cloudy days.
3. The air-regulating film should not be covered strictly, and the film should be covered only to protect against rain, and ventilation should be ensured. In the season of high temperature and humidity, large ventilation should be maintained in order to prevent the mildew of the fungus tube, prolong the mushroom period and improve the yield and quality.
4. The most suitable light for mushroom production is "three yang and seven yin", which can be adjusted to "two yang and eight yin" in summer and "four yang and six yin" in winter.

Seed bulb propagation technique of tulip
Tulip propagation methods include bulb propagation, seed propagation and tissue culture. The latter two methods take a long time to reproduce (seed propagation takes 5 years to bloom) and cost high. In addition to special purposes such as breeding new varieties and virus-free, bulb propagation methods are generally adopted. Agricultural technology recommendation. The propagation materials are small bulbs harvested in June, dried in the shade after mud removal, stored in cold storage at 5-10℃, and ventilation should be paid attention to. Tulips like loose soil, good permeability of sandy loam, ball propagation should choose good drainage, Yang

There is a "money map" for out-of-season cultivation of edible fungi.
The so-called out-of-season cultivation refers to the cultivation in the season when it can not grow normally, which is reflected in the production of edible fungi, which is essentially a problem of time lag, that is, in the natural season when it can not be produced normally, the cultivation is carried out by improving facilities and equipment, artificial control conditions and other auxiliary means, and the production effect similar to that of normal season can be obtained. For example, the typical cultivation of Flammulina velutipes in summer, the cultivation of straw mushroom in winter and so on. For example, Flammulina velutipes with low temperature should produce mushrooms from November to February, but the cultivation should be controlled by facilities.
