I. seasonal arrangement

Select Lentinus edodes varieties with high temperature resistance, big round mushroom, thick mushroom meat, strong mushroom stalk, high yield, suitable for fresh-keeping or dried export, such as Guangxiang 1. The preparation formula is as follows: dry sawdust 74.5%, wheat bran 14%, corn meal 4%, brown sugar 1%, gypsum powder 1%, calcium carbonate 0.5%, hydrated lime 0.5%, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 0.02%, magnesium sulfate 0.1%, salt 0.1%, activated carbon 0.1%. The fungus tube was made by conventional technology from December of the first year to February of the following year, the soil was covered and changed color from March to April, and the mushroom was managed from May to December.

Second, the construction of mushroom farm

1. The selection requirements are: high altitude, clean environment, cool summer, and ravines surrounded by bamboo and wood; second, late rice fields with sufficient water, clean water, loose soil, easy drainage and irrigation, no termites, and large blocks of founder; third, convenient transportation and a wide range of raw materials.

2. after the border is leveled and straightened, sprinkle a layer of lime powder, then spread a layer of coarse sand, and sprinkle a little tea cake powder on the sand (the old mushroom farm or the site with many termites should be treated with pesticide first).

3. After taking off the bag, lie closely on the surface of the border (the better side facing up), the horizontal row on both sides of the border, the vertical row in the center of the border, and the space of 5-7 cm around the border.

4. Cover the soil, first shovel the soil of the furrow to the space around the border, flatten it, and then spread the wet and prepared soil covering material on the surface of the fungus tube, with a thickness of more than 1 cm.

5. Cover a bamboo sheet 0.8 meters apart on the border surface, and longitudinally tie a bamboo piece at the highest point of the bow bamboo sheet, and cover the bamboo sheet with thin film. The top of the film is fixed with plastic tape, and the two ends of the plastic belt are tied to the outer bending part of the bamboo sheet, and the edge of the film is 15-20 cm away from the bacterial tube.

After the above treatment, there is generally no need for any management, and the bacterial tube can change color normally after more than 10 days (uniform, standard reddish brown).

IV. Management of mushroom production

The main results are as follows: 1. Temperature regulation and off-season soil-covered bag cultivation of Lentinus edodes should focus on the cooling work in summer, such as properly thickening the shade cover, it is best to plant vines outside the shade shed, that is, cooling and increasing oxygen, but also allow the spring water to flow smoothly in the border ditch, and appropriately increase the frequency of watering.

2. After the moisture regulating bacteria tube is covered with soil, the border and ditch should maintain a certain water level. When the water content of the bacterial tube is large, the water level should be lower; when the water content of the bacterial tube is small, the water level should be higher (can not be immersed in the bacterial tube).
