Last Updated: 2024/11/09, Raccoon dogs need six kinds of nutrients for survival, which can be divided into three categories. 1. Animal feed is the source of digestible protein. There are mainly meat, fish, eggs, fish by-products, dry animal feed. Among them, meat, milk and groceries such as heart, liver and kidney are the sources of full protein. Raccoon dogs need six kinds of nutrients for survival, which can be divided into three categories.

1. Animal feed is the source of digestible protein. There are mainly meat, fish, eggs, fish by-products, dry animal feed. Among them, meat, milk and groceries such as heart, liver and kidney are the sources of full protein. It has high nutritional value and should be used effectively during breeding and breeding of young raccoon dogs. The price of fish and meat by-products is relatively low, which can be used as the basic protein feed all the year round. Dry animal feed, feed yeast, can be used as a substitute or supplement for animal protein. Animal protein should generally account for 10% to 40%.

2. Plant feed is the source of carbohydrates and heat energy. Plant feed includes grains and vegetables, in which corn flour, soybean flour and wheat bran are mixed and cooked in a certain proportion and fed, usually accounting for 55% to 70% of the diet. The fiber content of cruller and bran is relatively high, which can stimulate gastrointestinal peristalsis and secretion. However, its dosage should not exceed 30% of the grain feed, if excessive, it will cause indigestion and dysentery. The commonly used vegetable feeds are cabbage, radish, rape, tomato, etc., which account for 5%-20% of the year-round application, which is the source of some vitamins. Vegetable feed should be kept fresh and should not be stacked for too long, otherwise it will rot and deteriorate, produce a large amount of nitrate, and nitrite poisoning will occur after eating raccoon dogs.

3, additive feed: there are yeast, @ # @ 245green buds, vitamin E, bone meal, salt, etc., animal oxytetracycline and so on. Bone meal is the main source of calcium and phosphorus, each raccoon dog can be added 5 grams per day. Vitamin E can be used instead of malt by adding 10 milligrams per day. Salt should be added all the year round, and each should be added 1 gram per day.

4. when preparing feed, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the nutritional composition, feed palatability and feed cost in order to obtain better economic benefits. Fresh sea fish, livestock and poultry meat, vegetables can be washed and fed. Freshwater fish, stale livestock and poultry meat, all kinds of leftovers, animal blood and cereal feed should be made into cooked food before feeding. The dry feed should be fully soaked and the milk should be heated for 80 ℃ for 15 minutes. Medicinal yeast and feed yeast can be added directly when preparing feed. If you feed raccoon dog with fish meal, soak the fish meal in cold water for 2 hours, then filter it with gauze to remove salt, then add cereal meal to the diet and boil it with appropriate amount of water for 15 minutes. Although the protein intake of fishmeal is high, it is not easy to be digested and absorbed, so some fishmeal and meat can be added to the diet.

5. During the breeding period, each animal is supplied with 200,250 grams of mixed fresh feed daily, of which animal feed accounts for 40%, grain feed accounts for 40%, vegetables account for 10%, water accounts for 10%, and salt accounts for 2 grams. Male raccoons are fed once at noon, mainly fish, meat, milk and eggs. The proportion of animal feed in the diet of female raccoon dogs should also be increased. In order to promote estrus, each animal is supplemented with 2g of yeast, 15g of malt, 5g of onion and 5g of garlic. If possible, it can also be supplemented with 15-20 grams of animal brain and liver. Feed twice a day during the mating period, 40% of the diet in the early and 60% in the late.
