The feed of raccoon dog includes animal feed, plant feed and supplementary feed. The supply and composition of feed have a great influence on the health, reproduction and fur quality of raccoon dogs. In order to carry out science, we must understand the effect of feed nutrients on raccoon dogs in order to prepare and process feed reasonably and correctly, so as to minimize feed consumption and obtain the best economic benefits. Therefore, the processing and preparation of feed is very important.

I. Feed processing

(1) processing of fish and meat feed fresh sea miscellaneous fish, meat, liver, kidney, heart and blood of healthy animals, etc., remove large chunks of fat, fully wash away soil and impurities, and then crush and feed them. Fish and meat feed of poor quality but still available should first be fully washed with clean water, then soaked in 0.05% potassium permanganate solution for 5 minutes for 10 minutes, and then washed with clean water before being ground and fed. The processing and utilization of seriously corrupt fish and meat shall be prohibited. The intestines, spleen, lungs and other miscellaneous materials of freshwater fish and birds must be well fed. Cysticercosis pork (pox pork) can be processed and used after being cooked under high pressure or fully cooked and fat removed. Fish meal, meat and bone meal should be soaked for 3 to 4 hours, change water for 2 to 3 times and remove excess salt before being mixed with other feed. Blood powder and liver dregs powder should be cooked and used. The silkworm pupa should be fully soaked, removed alkali and then boiled and crushed and used.

(2) processing of dairy and egg feed fresh milk and sheep's milk should be disinfected before feeding. It is usually heated to 70-80 ℃ in a pot and kept for 15 minutes, then added to the feed after cooling. The milk powder was dissolved and diluted with warm water at the ratio of 1 ∶ 7 to 8, and then added to the mixed feed. Eggs are mainly fresh eggs, non-sperm eggs, hairy eggs and so on should be cooked and fed.

(3) in the processing of fruit and vegetable feed, the roots and rotten parts should be removed, the mixed soil and impurities should be washed away, and harmful pesticides or fertilizers should be washed away and ground and fed. Spinach has the effect of light diarrhea, it is best to scald it with hot water and then mix it with other feeds. The rotten part of the fruit should be cut off, the soil and harmful pesticides should be washed, and then ground and fed. Tomato, zucchini and leafy vegetables have a good effect.

(4) the seeds of the processed crops of grain physical feed should be crushed into fine powder and powdered, and it is best to mix and feed several kinds of cereals, so that the effect is good. Cereal feed should be fully cooked and utilized. Otherwise, when the raccoon dog is half-cooked and half-cooked, it is easy to cause gastrointestinal swelling or enteritis, which is harmful to the health of the raccoon dog. The processing method is steamed into Wotou or boiled into porridge, or fried in a pan, crushed or expanded. Soybeans can be made into soybean juice. The method is to soak the soybean for 10 hours and then crush it (using a beater) and boil it. After filtering with coarse cloth, it becomes bean juice. Can also be used to crush soybeans into fine powder noodles, according to 1 kg of soybean noodles plus 810 liters of water to boil, without filtration can be used. The hot bean juice is cooled and mixed with other feeds to feed raccoon dogs.

(5) the processing of vitamin feed water-soluble vitamins include vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin C, which can be dissolved in warm water below 40 ℃, and then mixed into the feed before feeding. Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamin E, vitamin AD and so on, which are of high concentration. They can be diluted with soybean oil and soaked before feeding raccoon dogs. Medicinal yeast and feed yeast can be directly added to the feed and fed to raccoon dogs before feeding.

(6) the processing of inorganic salt feed the salt should be accurately weighed and fully transformed into salt water, and then added to the mixed feed, it must be stirred evenly. Be careful not to mix salt grains directly into the feed. Bone powder and ashes can be directly added to the material according to the amount, but be careful not to mix with vitamin B1, vitamin C and yeast to prevent the active ingredients from being destroyed.

Second, the preparation of feed

Through the above-mentioned processed feed, the weight should be strictly checked and weighed, crushed and mixed. Small farms can mix several kinds of feed together; large farms can first grind fish, meat feed, livestock and poultry by-products, and then grind grain products and vegetables and other feeds, and finally, add water, vitamins or inorganic salt feed, stir evenly and feed.

In the process of feed processing, attention should be paid to:

(1) it shall be prepared strictly according to the variety and quantity of feed stipulated in the feed sheet and cannot be changed at will.

(2) the modulation speed should be fast and the processing time should be shortened as much as possible. Each preparation should be completed before the food sharing, not in advance, so as to avoid the loss of nutrients caused by too long time.

(3) accurate proportioning, uniform mixing and moderate concentration. The concentration should be sparse in the breeding period and thicker in the non-breeding period.

(4) vitamins, milk, yeast and other feed must be added before feeding, and should be stirred evenly, so as to prevent the adverse consequences caused by oxidation damage or improper intake when prematurely mixed into the feed.

(5) Feed with large temperature difference between hot and cold and raw and cooked should be placed separately during storage and stirred together when the temperature is close.

(6) the thawed feed should not be stored in the seasoning room for more than 24 hours to prevent the feed from deteriorating for too long.

(7) Feed and water must be hygienic, moldy and deteriorated feed should not be used, and water should be clean and hygienic.

(8) the feed dispensing room should be kept clean and sanitary, the instruments and tools used for processing feed should be cleaned in time, and potassium permanganate or alkali water should be used to disinfect regularly.
