Cultivation of green turtle with Angelica pine needle solution
In the cultivation of green-haired turtles with yellow-throated water turtles or other water turtles, it takes at least 40-50 days to see the bud tips germinating on the tortoise shell, no matter using green water method, direct method, grafting method or spore water method. Only Angelica pine needle solution can be used to cultivate green-haired turtles to germinate basal algae at the fastest speed and the best effect.
The formula of Angelica pine needle liquid (according to the cultivation of 100 green turtles): Angelica 200g, fresh pine needle 200g, brown sugar 100g, calcium tablets 40 tablets, vitamin B1220. First mash Angelica and fresh pine needles, soak all 5 items in the right amount of water, filter after 24 hours, take the supernatant and set aside.
Wash the spare turtles after enhanced nutrition culture with a soft brush in clean water and immerse them in Angelica pine needle solution for 2-3 days, remember not to feed. At the same time, according to the standard of 4-5 grams of algae species per turtle, a sufficient amount of Cladosporium caryophyllum was put into a clear water container for rapid culture: prolong the light time, enhance the light intensity, increase the water temperature, and promote the continuous release of spores into the water. Increase the concentration of spores in the water.
Take out the base turtle from the Angelica pine needle liquid to dry, wipe the turtle back vigorously with the turtle back branch algae, repeat 2-3 times, and then cut the residual algae into debris less than 1 mm and put them into the spore water. Combine spore water with Angelica pine needle liquid, then add clear water to the total amount needed, stir evenly, and divide into each container prepared in advance (one tortoise and one device). Finally, the turtles that have been wiped with algae seeds are put into the container to rest, do not feed for half a month, maintain the scattered light environment dominated by yin, keep the light intensity about 2000 lux, and keep the temperature 20-25 ℃. The bud tip of the basal branch of the turtle can be seen on the back of the tortoise in 20-30 days.

Prevention and treatment of bolting in advance of Angelica sinensis
According to the reasons for early bolting of Angelica sinensis, targeted measures can be taken to control it. The main measures are as follows: starting with stage development, which is the main condition for controlling stage qualitative change, as long as the normal progress of qualitative change at any stage of vernalization or light stage is controlled, it can play a role in controlling advance bolting. It is much easier to control vernalization stage than to control light stage in production. Because the vernalization stage can be controlled during the period of seedling storage in winter, the seedlings are more concentrated and easy to carry out. That is, the seedlings are first sterilized and the humidity of the seedlings is controlled at 6.

Angelica growing environment
Angelica sinensis is an alpine plant, which requires cool and humid climatic conditions, and has the characteristics of being fond of fertilizer, afraid of waterlogging and high temperature. cultivation in areas with low elevations is not easy to pass the summer, and the temperature is too high to die easily. The seeds germinated well in the range of 10-25 ℃ and emerged in 10-15 days. Angelica sinensis has the phenomenon of early bolting, which should be overcome in production, generally raising seedlings and transplanting, and can be picked and dug in the third year.
