1. Variety introduction: "breeding and Research of Gansu Angelica sinensis New strain 90-01". After 15 years, the new Gansu Angelica angelica strain 90-01 was successfully selected by mixed selection method. The yield of super-grade and first-grade products of this strain was 24.1% and 29.3% respectively, which was 2.5 and 4.2 percentage points higher than that of the control, respectively; the ability of resistance to root disease was strong, the average incidence of root disease was 6%, and the disease index was 2.4%, which was 0.7 and 0.4 percentage points lower than that of the control; the bolting rate in advance was lower, with an average of 19%, which was 1.3 percentage points lower than that of the control. In the regional test of Angelica sinensis strain in Dingxi City from 2001 to 2003, the average yield of fresh Angelica sinensis was 11518.5 kg / hm2, which was 19.4% higher than that of the control variety (local field species). The average yield was 7731 kg / hm2, 19.8% higher than that of the control. The growth period of this strain is 780 days, the plant height is 36 cm, the seed-setting stage is 120 cm, the stem is purple, the spreading degree is 61 cm, the 1000-grain weight of seed is about 1.9 grams, the root system is yellow and white, the root length is 43 cm, and the diameter of Reed head is 2-6 cm.
Identified and analyzed by Gansu Institute for Drug Control: the characters and microscopic characteristics of Gansu Angelica sinensis new strain 90-01 are in line with the regulations, with a total ash content of 5.0%, acid-insoluble ash content of 0.6%, and extract of 58.8%. The quality is significantly better than the standard stipulated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2000 edition).
2. Economic benefits: from 2001 to 2004, the popularized area accumulated 10790 hm2, the total output increased by 13.7853 million kg, and the total net income increased by 30.0305 million yuan.
3. Applicable area: cultivated in Eryin area and alpine shady and humid ecological area with an altitude of 2000-2600 meters and annual precipitation of 500,600mm.
