Last Updated: 2024/11/06, The out-of-season cultivation of Lentinus edodes is in the high temperature and humidity season from June to September, and there are more disease and miscellaneous bacteria than in winter, but as long as the control measures are proper, the ideal production effect can also be obtained. Rotten tube disease: Trichoderma is the first infection in production, and then the formation of multi-bacterial cross-infection. Prevention and control measures: strict and standardized inoculation operation to prevent mold spores from falling into the material. The edible fungus inoculation and purification machine is worth popularizing. The operation will be carried out after turning on the purification machine for 5 minutes when inoculating. The effect is similar to that of conventional formaldehyde fumigation, and avoid.

Lentinus edodes is cultivated out of season, in the season of high temperature and humidity from June to September, and there are more diseases and miscellaneous bacteria than in winter, but ideal production effect can also be obtained if proper control measures are taken.

Rotten tube disease: in production, Trichoderma is mostly infected first, and then a multi-bacterial cross infection is formed. Control measures: strict, standardized inoculation operation, do not make mold spores fall in the feed. The edible fungi inoculation purifier is worth popularizing. When inoculating, the purifier is started for 5 minutes before operation. The effect is similar to that of conventional formaldehyde fumigation, and the possibility of formaldehyde residue and stimulation to human body are avoided. During the growth and fruiting period of strains or bags, spray 600~800 times carbendazim, or 80 times or 10 times strong glutaraldehyde on the empty places of mushroom shed every 5 days. The prevention effect is ideal, but it should be noted that the medicine should not be sprayed directly into the bags. After Trichoderma is found, it can be directly sprayed on the contaminated area with bacteria killing powder in time, or it can be mixed with bacteria killing 150 times solution to soak the bacteria bag, or to dig out mildew spots and other treatments.

Penicillium disease: Penicillium infection can occur at the mushroom stage, and it is harmful as a pathogen at the mushroom stage. After the mushroom body is infected, the flesh tissue covered by the mold layer decays, and then quickly spreads around, causing other fruit bodies and bacteria bags to be infected. Control measures can refer to Trichoderma control.

Black spot disease: the disease spread faster, once the young mushroom (bud) base infected with bacteria, then stop growing, mushroom body quickly attached to the black mold layer, causing rot. Infected mushrooms have a slight rancid smell. Prevention and control measures: ① Remove infected bacteria bags and eliminate infection opportunities.② Temperature control and humidity control, strengthen ventilation, properly reduce the air humidity, relative humidity below 80%, which has a certain reduction or inhibition effect on the occurrence of diseases. (3) After the disease occurs, move the disease bag out of the shed, spray the 50-fold solution of Baibing Quwu for 2~3 times continuously, or soak for more than 30 minutes to kill the bacteria on the surface of the bacteria bag; for the seriously infected, use 400-fold carbendazim for soaking, and then use it as organic fertilizer after heap fermentation treatment.

Lentinus edodes flake disease: After the spores germinate in the substrate of Lentinus edodes, they quickly form dominance under suitable conditions and infect the whole mushroom bag. If the mycelium of Lentinus edodes has been infected by about 50%, the two bacteria can form obvious antagonistic lines. However, due to the natural resistance of the pathogen, they will quickly form fruiting bodies before Lentinus edodes, and inhibit the development and post-ripening of Lentinus edodes mycelium. At the same time, they will inhibit Lentinus edodes from producing mushrooms. Prevention and control measures: ① Thoroughly clean the surrounding environment of inoculation room, culture room and mushroom shed, especially old logs, dead trees and stumps, spray 400 times carbendazim and 200 times phenol mixed solution within a distance of about 30 meters, spray 100 times phenol solution in mushroom shed when the bacteria base is high, and use it after sealing for 2 days.② Strict aseptic operation of inoculation, spray medicine once every 5 days in the culture room for sterilization, and alternately use 150 times of bacteria kill and 200 times of phenol. 3. After the disease occurs, remove the disease bag, burn or bury it deeply, or use 50 times of 100 diseases to remove the trace and soak it for crushing and fermentation, and use it as organic fertilizer.
