Key points of Autumn Management of Agaricus bisporus
In order to obtain stable and high yield of Pleurotus ostreatus in autumn, we should focus on water management. Appropriate water, exuberant mycelium growth, more fruiting bodies, increased tide of mushrooms; too much water will cause mycelium atrophy and regression, less primordium formation, mushroom fruiting bodies will appear "Ling", "red roots"; insufficient water, the fruiting body is not full, there will be flat top, concave roof or surface scales.
The key point of water management should be to improve the relative humidity of the air, and it should be flexibly mastered according to the situation of mushroom production, the dry and wet conditions of culture materials and soil layer and the change of weather when spraying water. Generally spray mushrooms for a long time, spray more in sunny days, spray more when the culture material and soil layer is dry, and vice versa. When spraying water, make the sprinkler facing the sunny area, do not spray directly.

Indoor post-fermentation of Agaricus bisporus
The culture material which has been fermented before outdoor is transported indoors, and the culture material is disinfected and fermented under specific environmental conditions by manual control and gas control, so as to further improve the specificity and selectivity of the culture material. the process of making the culture material fermentation into a culture medium more suitable for mushroom growth is called indoor post-fermentation. ① principle: post-fermentation is a biochemical reaction process, which promotes the change of physical and chemical properties of compost through the activities of various types of thermophilic microorganisms. Post-fermentation can be divided into two stages. The first stage: changing the temperature of the reactor

High-yield cultivation techniques of Agaricus bisporus in bed frame
In the past few years, the author has been engaged in the exploration of bed-frame high-yield cultivation techniques in Pleurotus ostreatus room, and some successful experiences have been obtained. Now the relevant technologies are summarized as follows for peer reference. 1 the mushroom house and bed frame structure mushroom house is 19.6 m long from east to west, 9 m wide from north to south, 2.5 m high from front and rear wall and 3.5 m high from gable. The wall is bricked with lime. Put cement on the outside; wipe it with lime mud on the inside, then brush it with lime mud. There are 4 25cm × 20cm ventilation windows up and down the front and rear wall facing the aisle, and the first ventilation window is 20cm from the ground. Front
