Last Updated: 2024/11/22, It is more difficult to plant Agaricus tetrasporus in summer than ordinary Agaricus bisporus. If the planting technology is extensive, the temperature in the mushroom production period is too high or too low, it will cause failure. This paper introduces the high-yield tips of summer cultivation of Agaricus tetrasporus as follows: 1. Early planting in due time, low temperature in early stage is unfavorable for hypha growth of summer mushroom; late planting, timely feeding of autumn mushroom will shorten the mushroom picking period of summer mushroom. Therefore, after cleaning the spring mushroom house in late April, the summer mushroom culture medium can be pre-wetted and piled. 2. Fermentation of culture medium 1. Culture medium formula (calculated by 110 square meters). Straw 2000 kg, gypsum 7

It is more difficult to grow Agaricus tetrasporus in summer than ordinary bisporus mushroom. If the planting technology is extensive and the temperature in the mushroom stage is too high or too low, it will lead to failure. The key points for high yield of Agaricus tetrasporus in summer are introduced as follows:

First, timely early planting and early planting, low temperature in the early stage is disadvantageous to the mycelium growth of summer mushroom; planting too late, timely feeding of autumn mushroom will shorten the picking period of summer mushroom. Therefore, after cleaning the spring mushroom room in late April, the summer mushroom culture material can be pre-wet and built.

2. Fermentation of culture materials

1. Culture material formula (110 square meters). 2000 kg of rice straw, 75 kg of gypsum, 25 kg of urea, 20 kg of compound fertilizer, 75 kg of superphosphate and 50 kg of quicklime.

two。 Fermentation of culture material. Urea and calcium superphosphate were added when the culture material was pre-wet, 6 days later, gypsum and quicklime were added, and water was added to replenish the culture material with a water content of 65%. After 11 days, the second turn was carried out; 14 days later, the third turn was carried out, and 0.1% carbendazim solution was added, the culture material was loosened, it was stuffed with plastic film for one night, the next day was fed on the mushroom rack, and began to be heated and sterilized (note that the mushroom room should be sealed). When the temperature in the mushroom room rises to 60 ℃ ~ 62 ℃, keep it for 7 hours to kill the pests in the culture medium. Then the second fermentation of the culture material was carried out at the temperature of 50 ℃ ~ 52 ℃ for 120 hours. After the second fermentation, the culture material lost its original manure odor and was further cooked, and a large number of white actinomycetes and humus appeared on the material surface. Then turn the culture material over, remove the bad gas, and add water to 60% of the water content.

Third, after the fermentation of sowing culture material, sowing the next day, the amount of seed used for every 110 square meters is 100 bottles of wheat seed. The specific method is as follows: first level the mushroom bed, spread the cultivated seeds on the culture material according to the amount of seed used, then mix the bacteria into the culture material with a thickness of about 3 cm, wipe flat the surface, and then sow the remaining 1 inch 3 bacteria, cover them on the culture material, and gently pat tightly, so that the bacteria are closely combined with the culture material, and finally cover it with a layer of sterilized newspaper to maintain humidity and promote mycelium growth.

Fourth, send bacteria when the wet newspaper on the bed is dry and the material surface is slightly dry, you can spray water on the newspaper to moist. Spray water once or twice a day. Open the newspaper before spraying water, aerate the material layer, then cover it, and spray water. Do not spray too much water to prevent excess water from leaking into the material and affecting the bacteria. After 20-25 days, the hyphae can extend from the surface of the bed to the bottom of the bed.

Fifth, cover the soil when the hyphae cover the whole culture material, and the pH value of the soil should be between 7 and 7.5. First, mix well with 10% formaldehyde solution and 0.5% enemy, then pile it up, and cover it with a thin film tightly. After more than 24 hours of sealing, you can get the effect of sterilization and insecticidal. Cover the sterilized soil on the mushroom bed with a thickness of 2cm to 2.5cm.

Sixth, spray water to keep the material layer and overlying soil layer often in a wet state, in different growth stages, water demand is different, mycelium growth stage, water demand is slightly less; to the mushroom stage, water demand increases, especially in the peak period, more water is needed.

Harvest can be harvested when the diameter of the fruiting body is up to 3-4 cm, but it can be harvested before the umbrella is opened. In the whole reproductive process of the fruiting body, it can be harvested for 3 times and 4 times.
