In Nannihe Village, Zhao County, the village is small, but more than 200 double-spore mushroom sheds have been developed, each of which can be transformed into straw from 20 mu of land, more than 3000 kilograms of dry livestock and poultry manure, and produce fresh mushrooms.

Popularize the technology of straw rapid ripening and returning to the field in the southern rice producing areas, and popularize the straw biological reaction carbon fertilizer utilization technology in the northern dry farming areas. popularize the straw crushing and returning technology, straw silage feeding technology, straw forming and solidification and gasification and burning technology, realizing the fundamental transformation from "storing grain in warehouse" to "storing grain in the ground".

In Nannihe Village, Zhao County, the village is small, but more than 200 double-spore mushroom sheds have been developed, each of which can be transformed into straw from 20 mu of land, more than 3000 kilograms of dry livestock and poultry manure, more than 2000 kilograms of fresh mushrooms and an output value of nearly 10,000 yuan.

The annual output of crop straw in Hebei is about 40 million tons, and livestock and poultry manure and agricultural products processing wastes are increasing year by year. How to transform and utilize agricultural by-products has become a key issue to protect the ecological environment and implement agricultural sustainable development. A "New Technology of cultivation of Edible Fungi with Corn Straw", a project of "Technical Application of cultivation of Edible Fungi with crop Straw" implemented in more than 50 counties and cities of the province, has made efficient use of waste resources. Starting from Pleurotus ostreatus, at present, the varieties cultivated with straw waste in Hebei have developed to nearly 10 varieties, such as Tricholoma, Dazong mushroom, straw mushroom, etc., with annual conversion and utilization of straw produced by 4.2 million mu of land, digestion and utilization of 1.6 million tons of dry livestock and poultry manure, producing 2 million square meters of organic fertilizer.

Wang Shunxiang, Gaozhuang Village, Chengguan Town, Feixiang County, built four mushroom sheds, each with a size of half an mu. Pleurotus ostreatus or Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated from October to February of the following year, and each greenhouse was transformed into about 6000 kg of corncob, cottonstalk and cottonseed husk, resulting in a total yield of about 30 tons of fresh mushrooms and a net income of about 30, 000 yuan. From March to June, Coprinus comatus was cultivated with 40% new materials, with a total yield of about 18 tons and a net income of about 25000 yuan. Straw mushroom was cultivated with mushroom bran after cultivation of Coprinus comatus from July to September. The new material was about 20,000 kg, the total yield of fresh mushroom was about 12 tons, and the net income was about 30,000 yuan. The total annual income is more than 50,000 yuan more than that of using raw materials only once and only one cultivation period in a mushroom shed in the past. Wang Shunxiang said happily: "the annual production base material recycling technology not only reduces the production cost, prolongs the use time of the mushroom shed, but also purifies the environment and increases income."

According to reports, the mushroom bran can not only be processed into feed and activated carbon, but also can cultivate other varieties of edible fungi and make organic fertilizer. At present, the circular economy system with edible mushroom industry as the core in Hebei Province has begun to take shape. Pingquan County Ruida Beef cattle Co., Ltd. uses Lentinus edodes and mushroom mushroom bran as feed to feed cattle, which not only saves 30% of food rations, but also improves the immunity of livestock and shortens the effective fattening period; processing activated carbon with Lentinus edodes and mushroom mushroom bran not only solves the problem of low-cost and high-quality alternative raw materials for more than 10 local processing enterprises, but also achieves excellent economic, ecological and social benefits.
