Easy Family Storage of Atang Pear Fruit

This paper introduces a simple method of family storage, which can store pear fruit until New Year's Day and Spring Festival. The fruit is bright, crisp and sweet, and the taste is better. The benefit is also 2~3 times higher than that of fresh harvest. This method is simple and easy to use, and it is worth learning from fruit growers. 1. Harvest at the right time: harvest at the ripe period of Atang pear fruit (late October) together with the fruit bag. 2. Timely pre-cooling: the picked pear fruit is scattered in the shade.

1. Harvest at the right time: pick Aidang pear fruit together with fruit bag during ripening period (late October).

2. Timely pre-cooling: the picked pear fruits are pre-cooled for 10 to 15 days in a cool and ventilated empty room.

3. Storage material preparation: prepare sufficient and tidy fruit transfer boxes (such as old cartons, wooden boxes, etc.) and clean plastic film (depending on the total storage amount and fruit transfer box capacity).

4. Timely storage: (1) cut the stalk short, make the stalk in the stalk depression, remove small fruit, injured fruit and rotten fruit, and select intact pear fruit to be stored. (2) place the cut plastic film (requiring the plastic film to completely close the full box of pear fruit) in the fruit transfer box, put the selected pear fruit evenly in the box, fill it with plastic film, leave some small gaps for ventilation, and then cover the box cover. The whole box of pears and fruits can be stacked in a cool empty room with vents.

5. Timing management: open the box to check the pear fruit every 15 days or so, remove the injured and rotten fruit, and spray cold boiled water on the pear bag with a small household sprayer to make the paper bag uniform and wet without dripping and breaking the bag.
