Practice:

5. Add a medium amount of oil in another pot, and slowly fry a large amount of pepper and dried chili peppers over low heat.

Add ginger, garlic, spring onions, bean paste and pepper powder to stir-fry the flavor, and continue to stir-fry with cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper, pepper and sugar for a while.

7. Add hot water, season with salt and monosodium glutamate at the same time, keep the fire after the water is boiled, slide the fish fillet quickly, gently spread it with chopsticks and cook for about 2 minutes to turn off the fire.
