[production and eating process] (1) wash and steam the hairy crabs, remove the crab powder and beat the egg whites into egg foams for use. (2) heat the pan, put in the raw oil, stir up the incense with minced ginger, fan the crab powder thoroughly, put in the seasoning, stir-fry thoroughly and remove. (3) put the fried crab powder into the crab shell, seal it with egg foam, and then put it in a frying pan for a few minutes.

Monosodium glutamate, salt, yellow wine, onion, ginger, pepper.

[Preparation and eating process]

(1)Wash and steam hairy crabs, remove crab powder for later use, beat egg whites into egg paste for later use.

(2)Heat the pan, add in the oil, stir the ginger, add the crab powder, stir thoroughly, add the seasoning, stir thoroughly and take out.

(3)Put the fried crab powder into the crab shell, seal it with egg paste, put it in the oil pan for a few minutes, remove it and serve.
