Preparation of spicy chicken nuggets with tea mushroom

Last Updated: 2024/11/05, Using the pickling solution containing 9% salt and 1.5% compound spices, the white-striped chicken was pickled for 24 hours under the condition of 0-4 ℃, then baked at 55 ℃-60 ℃ for 16 hours, then dried in the shade for about a week, and finally pre-steamed, mixed and canned and sterilized at 100 ℃ for 60 minutes, the sesame chicken nuggets with moderate salty and sweet, suitable spicy, moderate soft and hard, and strong wax flavor were obtained.
