High quality and High yield Soybean-Xindou No.1

Xindou No. 1 was bred by Huannong Hualin (Beijing) International Agricultural Development Research Center according to the basic principles of soybean breeding in China by conventional hybridization and modern advanced breeding methods.

Xindou No. 1 was bred from Brazil Ziyou soybean as female parent and Lufeng soybean as male parent after ten years of breeding and 1 - 4 generations of backcross. This variety adapted to the climatic conditions in most areas of China. It can be planted in mountains, hills, sandy land, depressed alkali land and thin land. It can be planted in large areas except some areas in China.

characteristics

This variety is dense in height, generally above 1.65 meters in spring sowing, up to 1.8 meters in height, and up to 1.5 meters in summer sowing. Spring sowing requires large row spacing, large plant spacing and many stubble. Summer sowing row spacing, plant spacing can be appropriate slightly smaller, less stubble, for high-culm soybean lines. The number of growth nodes is 35 - 50, and Xindou No.1 has lanceolate round leaves. Spring beans bloom about 55 days, summer beans about 35 days, brown pod skin, three pods, four pods, yellow seeds, black umbilicus. The bean is sub-habit limited pod, stability performance is very strong. Cold resistance, drought resistance, waterlogging resistance, special wind resistance, no lodging, fertilizer and water resistance, high resistance to various diseases, no fear of continuous cropping, no rehmannia disease phenomenon.

8000 - 10000 plants per mu (spring), 13000 - 15000 plants (summer). Growth period: 100 - 110 days for spring sowing and 90 days for summer sowing. High yield: spring sowing 300 - 500 kg, summer sowing 250 kg (respectively in different climates, different soil fertility, different water and fertilizer, different management conditions).

This variety has high quality, good taste, high oil yield and high protein. It is identified by Food Supervision and Inspection Center of Ministry of Agriculture of China that spring beans contain 35.83% protein and 30.37% oil, summer seeds contain 36.58% protein and 24.22% oil, belonging to high protein and high oil quality soybean brand.

technical points
