Jihuang 13 (soybean original name: Jihuang 103)
Characteristics: White flowers, brown hairs, lanceolate leaves, sub-finite podding habits. The average growth period is 139days, plant height 102.7 cm, effective branches 1.3, effective pods 41.2per plant, seeds per plant 91.6g, grain weight 17.8g per plant, 100seed weight 19.9g. Seed coat yellow, brown navel, round. Inoculated and identified by the Soybean Research Center of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences, SMV1 strain with moderate resistance to mosaic virus, mixed strain with moderate susceptibility to SMV and race 4 with moderate susceptibility to soybean cyst nematode were identified. The average crude protein content is 39.6% and the crude fat content is 21.7%.
Yield performance: in 2002, participated in the northwest spring soybean variety regional trial, the average yield per mu was 221.04 kg, 5.2% higher than that of the control Jindou 19; in 2003, the average yield per mu was 207.64 kg, 5.04% higher than that of the control Jindou 19; the average yield per mu in the two-year regional test was 214.34 kg, 5.12% higher than that of the control Jindou 19. Participated in the northwest spring soybean variety production experiment in 2003, the average yield per mu was 191.09 kg, which was 0.79% higher than that of the control Jindou 19.
Main points of cultivation techniques: 1. Sowing date: early and middle May. 2. Density: the amount of machine sowing is 4.5-6 kg per mu, and that of manual sowing on demand is about 4 kg per mu. There are about 16000 seedlings per mu in the land with better fertility and 2-22000 seedlings per mu in the sandy soil with lower fertility. 3. Watering: except for special drought years, there is generally no watering at the seedling stage. It can be watered during the branching period in case of drought. Irrigate flowering water and bulging water according to soil moisture or rainfall. 4. Fertilization: 20 kg of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer or 15-20 kg of diammonium phosphate was applied as base fertilizer during spring sowing. From the early flowering stage to 10 days after flowering, about 10 kg of urea was applied in combination with watering.

This variety is a late-maturing and high-oil soybean variety with good yield and lodging resistance. it is suitable for spring sowing in northern Shaanxi, eastern and central Gansu and central Shanxi.

The characteristics of this variety are erect growth, plant height 60~70cm, main stem 12-14 nodes, 3 effective branches and plant shape convergence. The internodes are short, the pods are dense, and the leaves are ovoid, medium size. White flowers, gray hairs, limited podding habits, effective pods per plant 30,35, with an average of 2 per pod.
