1. Origin of varieties
Institute of Genetics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, 1998. The original code is "Yi 75-14," and the parent is Tiefeng 18 ×7913-You 4-14. Approved by Beijing City in 2001.
II. Characteristics
Summer soybean variety, growth period 105 days. Limited pod habit, leaf shape elliptic, white flowers, gray hairs, brown pods. The plant height is 72.5 cm, the pod height is 15 cm, the number of main stem nodes is 15.6, the number of effective branches is 2.3, the number of seeds per plant is 96.8, and the 100-seed weight is 23 g. Seeds round, yellow, brown umbilicus. Anti-lodging, insect resistance, disease resistance is better. The average yield per mu was 174.9 kg.
Quality analysis: protein content 43.4%, fat content 17.61%.
III. Key points of cultivation techniques
The previous crop shall be eliminated and the land shall be leveled. The summer sowing period shall not exceed June 25, so as to ensure neat emergence and density of 13,000 plants/mu. Thinning seedlings in due time, fixing seedlings at the three-leaf stage after emergence, removing miscellaneous seedlings, sick seedlings, weak seedlings, keeping strong seedlings, and keeping seedlings uniform to prevent multiple seedlings in one hole.

Kangxian No.2 (soybean)
Kangxian 2 is a cooperation between the Institute of Saline-Alkali crop breeding of Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the Institute of Plant Protection of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
