Kennong No. 4 soybean
Kennong No. 4 was bred by Bayi Agricultural Reclamation University of Heilongjiang Province and approved by Heilongjiang crop Variety approval Committee in 1992.
The growth period of this variety is about 120 days, and the active accumulated temperature is 2400 ℃ ~ 2500 ℃. Plant height 80-90 cm, white flowers, pointed leaves, gray hair, sub-limited podding habits. The grain is round, the seed coat is yellow, the gloss is good, the navel is colorless, the weight of 100 grains is about 20 grams, the fat content is 22.03%, and the protein content is 41.25%. Strong stalk, like fertilizer and water, medium resistance to gray leaf spot.
The suitable area is suitable for planting in the central plain area of the second accumulated temperate zone and the low humidity area in the east of Heilongjiang Province.

1. The results showed that the 236kg per 667m2 of Xidou 3 was 14.6% higher than that of Yudou 1. Through many years of multi-point test, demonstration and popularization practice in various places, Xidou 3 shows that this variety is currently in the southwest.
