Mushroom growth needs more nutrients, if the nutrition is not available for a while, the fruiting body will grow poorly, especially in the later stage, there will be premature senility. Especially in the case of poor quality of culture material, less manure and more grass, and thin material layer, it will obviously affect the yield and quality. Therefore, in the later stage of mushroom growth, timely and appropriate amount of topdressing is beneficial to improve the yield and quality.
However, mushroom topdressing can only play an auxiliary role, and attention must be paid to the effect to prevent the breeding of miscellaneous bacteria caused by improper topdressing. In addition, it is also necessary to master the concentration and dosage of topdressing. Too much concentration or too much fertilizer is disadvantageous to the growth of mushrooms.
Topdressing is usually carried out after the third batch of mushrooms is harvested until the fruiting body of the next batch of mushrooms grows to the size of soybeans. Since then, there is generally little or no topdressing before harvest. When applying fertilizer to mushrooms, pay attention to the following five aspects:
First, the dosage is reasonable. Grasp the principle of "eat less and eat more", otherwise, it will hinder the normal growth of mycelium.
Second, the time is right. The purpose of topdressing is to provide nutrients for mycelium breeding and fruiting body maturation. Therefore, the time can be carried out after picking 2-3 batches of mushrooms.
Third, choose fat quality. It is best to choose a variety of fertilizers to apply in turn, especially for some inorganic fertilizers with single nutrients, which is particularly necessary.
Fourth, put an end to the source of the disease. Liquid fertilizer should not contain eggs and germs. The barnyard manure or dung and urine used should be fermented or cooked, cooked and disinfected to avoid the breeding of miscellaneous bacteria and lead to diseases and insect pests.
Fifth, fertilizer pipe cooperation. Topdressing requires the cooperation of other cultivation measures, especially the improvement of the quality of culture materials. Mushrooms can get a better harvest only if they are fertilized properly on the basis of well-prepared culture materials.
