How to control the specification of mushrooms

Last Updated: 2024/11/05, In the sale of Agaricus bisporus, purchasers have very strict requirements for fresh mushrooms (2cm in diameter), which directly affects the production efficiency of mushroom farmers. The technology of how to control the size of mushrooms is introduced as follows. First, the mushroom variety commonly used by the replacement strain is "As2796" strain, which is a large-grain hybrid. Its main advantages are wide adaptability, strong stress resistance, large size and high yield, which are suitable for fresh sale in the market, but relatively few meet the specifications of merchants. If there is an order contract, it should be in time.

In the production of Agaricus bisporus, purchasers have very strict requirements for fresh mushrooms (2cm in diameter), which directly affects the production efficiency of mushroom farmers.

If there is an order contract, the small-grain bacteria should be replaced in time, such as F56, F62, etc. all belong to small-grain varieties, although the yield of small-grain varieties is slightly lower, a large proportion of fresh mushrooms meet the acquisition requirements.

Second, changing the thickness of the overlying soil directly affects the size of the body. Its mechanism is that with the thickening of the covered soil, the hyphae in the soil layer are dense, but it is not easy to kink. Once the buds are knotted, the surrounding hyphae will concentrate on nutrition and water supply, which is bound to form a large head fruiting body. If it is too late to change the bacteria, it can be controlled by adjusting the soil layer. The normal thickness of the soil cover is 3-5 cm, which can be adjusted to about 2 cm. In this way, the mycelium kink shows dense buds, forming a certain competitive situation for survival, and it is not easy to form a "big mushroom".

3. The suitable temperature for mushroom growth is generally between 15 ℃ ~ 20 ℃. If the temperature in the greenhouse is increased by 1 ℃ ~ 2 ℃, the bud yield can be significantly increased, the growth can be accelerated, and most of the fruiting bodies are in the middle and lower level.

Fourth, timely and early harvest shall be harvested when the visual fruiting body is long enough to meet the requirements, and it is not necessary to wait until seven or eight minutes of maturity. Early harvest seems to affect the yield, but the high delivery rate virtually increases the commodity value, and can prevent the fruiting body from fully growing up and consuming too much nutrition, the yield will be compensated in the increase in tide, and the overall benefit will not be reduced. on the contrary, it is higher.
