Grading standard of jujube
Jujube fruit should be graded according to the quality and use of jujube to meet the needs of different uses. Different varieties have different standards. The general grading of jujube fruit can be divided into the following four grades.
The weight of the super fruit is more than 20% larger than the average of the varieties, and the fruit is more uniform, the flesh of the fruit is thick, the surface is wrinkle-free, the color is pure and without color unevenness, there is no mildew rotten fruit, pulp rotten fruit, mechanical damage fruit and disease and insect fruit is less than 3%, and the moisture content is less than 25%.
The first-class single fruit should reach the average fruit weight or slightly higher, the fruit is uniform, the fruit is full, the surface is basically wrinkle-free, the color is pure, there is no color unevenness, no mildew rotten fruit, pulp rotten fruit, mechanical damage fruit and disease and insect fruit less than 25%.
The weight of the secondary single fruit is slightly lower than that of the variety, not less than 10% of the average single fruit weight, the pulp is thicker, the surface wrinkles are lighter, the color is pure, the fruit color is basically the same, there is no mildew and pulp rot, and the mechanical damage fruit and pest fruit are less than 25%.
The third-grade single fruit weight is more than 10% lower than the average fruit weight of the variety, the pulp is thin, the wrinkle is deep, the fruit color is yellow, there is basically no mildew and pulp rot, and the mechanical damage fruit and disease and insect fruit are less than 25%.
The single fruit weight of grade external fruit is generally small, the pulp is very thin, and the fruit color is different, mostly small fruit, wrinkled fruit or miscellaneous rotten disease and insect fruit.
