Qiangfeng No.2 (soybean)
"Qiangfeng No.2" is a new soybean strain selected from the mutant "Xingnong No.2" by Shanxian crop Variety Research Institute in Shandong Province. This strain not only has all the characteristics of high yield, lodging resistance and high quality of "Xingnong No.2", but also has disaster resistance and lodging resistance.
Characteristics. Sub-limited pod habit, plant height 120,000cm, branch 3murmur4 ("Xingnong II" does not branch), about 120 pods per plant, a maximum of 260 pods, pods on the main stem and branches and pods, 33 pods accounted for more than 95%. The 100-grain weight is 25 grams, the grain is yellow and round, the growth potential is strong, the vegetative growth is synchronized with the physiological growth, the flowering time is long, the flowering quantity is large, the leaf color is dark green, along the rod knot angle. High resistance to lodging, white flowers, gray-white pods, compact pods, dense stem, sparse villi, good grain quality and good marketability. Spring sowing lasts 138 days and summer sowing takes about 100 days to mature. Strong resistance to disease, disaster and adversity.
Yield performance. In the comparative test of 23 varieties in 1997, it won the first place with a yield of 357 kg per mu; in 1998, it won the first place with a yield of 377 kg per mu in the comparative test of middle-maturing varieties in North and East China; in 2000, the average yield per mu was 382 kg in the regional trial. 418 kg per mu. The average yield of 3 years per mu was 21.70% higher than that of "Xingnong No.2" soybean.
Key points of cultivation
1. Soil preparation and fertilization. This variety is suitable for all kinds of soil planting, the key to high yield is more fertilization, do not have to worry about lodging, spring sowing mu of high-quality soil fertilizer 2000 kg, Saakefu 35 kg, deep ploughing fine Harrow, summer sowing can not cultivated land, waiting for seedling height 30 cm appropriate amount of topdressing.
2. Planting management. Spring sowing in mid-April, summer sowing in the first and middle of June, row spacing of 25ml / m 30cm, row spacing of 50m / m, planting about 9000 plants per mu, and other management methods as usual.
